Primrose Valley Holiday Park - Holiday Accommodation 14342

This is a 2018 Abi St David holiday home that has an envied position on the park, often described as one of the best plots on site.

It is in a quiet area of the park and next to the path which provides for about a 4 minute walk down Filey beach. Filey town is around a 30minute walk along beach (please be mindful of high tide times). There is no need to walk to the beach to enjoy the views as you can easily enjoy the stunning views from the decking and indeed within the caravan from the living room, kitchen and main bedroom.

Within the living room area there is a 42 inch TV with built in Free View and DVD player. There are a selection of DVDs to choose from. There are board games and a selection of books should you wish to use them. We ask that you take care of them and leave them as they are found. Wi-Fi can be accessed through Haven guest Wi-Fi.

There is a comfortable u-shaped sofa with additional cushions and blankets for your comfort. There is a 2Kw electric fire for additional heating alongside the central heating. The blankets are also useful if you wish to enjoy an evening on the decking if it is a little chilly. There are sliding patio doors leading to the decking where is outdoor seat.

The kitchen is well equipped with cupboards, storage and utensils. It includes a Nespresso coffee machine with a few coffee pods provided however please bring your own preferred Nespresso pods. There is a built in gas oven, grill and hob. The kitchen has the added bonus of having sea views through the kitchen window and door. Something to enjoy whilst cooking.

From the kitchen there is a door leading to an internal hall which give access to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a storage cupboard which houses the combi-boiler, Henry hoover and table top ironing board.

There are 3 bedrooms:
The main bedroom has a double bed and a 22 inch television with built in Free View. There is an en suite toilet. There is wardrobe and drawer space and a hair dryer is provided for you convenience. There is under bed storage where you will find a parasol, cushions for the outdoor seating and a beach trolley. There are sea views from the bedroom window. The two further bedroom are twin room with two single beds in each. In one there is a 22 in wall mounted TV with built in Free View.

Linen, hand towels and a shower mat is provided. Please bring your own bath and beach towels.

The central heating is through piped gas.

Check in is 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure. A key safe is fitted and the code will be sent on the day of arrival.
Bookings are in blocks of 4 nights from Monday and 3 nights from Friday.

Please note that entertainment passes for the complex are not included in the cost but can be purchased from reception if you wish to use the facilities on arrival. Passes are not required to stay in the van itself or to access restaurants / takeaways.
