Description

Our home is Located in the beautiful Waterside area of the park, just less than a minutes walk to the golden sandy beaches of the Llyn Peninsular. Our holiday home is fully equipped with everything you could need and more!

In the spacious open plan living area you'll find two and three seater sofas, flat screen smart tv an electric fire with feature flame and fire cabinet, a number of USB wall sockets for chargers throughout along with a lamp for those cosy nights in front of the tv!

Opening into the kitchen dining area with integrated appliances like a fridge freezer, microwave oven and oven and grill with 4 ring hob with electric ignition and dishwasher you'll also find a recirculating extractor hood, as well as a freestanding dining table and chairs with feature pendant light. Please note we also provide complementary cleaning products ie washing up liquid, cloths, spray and some dishwasher tablets to get you started.

The large master bedroom features overhead reading lights, USB plug socket for chargers, TV point and en-suite WC along with a walk in wardrobe. The twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room and plenty of storage for your belongings. (Bedding available upon request at an additional cost, although duvets & pillows are included).

In the family shower room you'll find a large shower enclosure, WC and sink that's modern in design and perfectly functional just for all your toiletry needs, including some complementary hand soap and toilet paper to get you started. (towels not included).

Please note we do not accept pets at all in our home as our son has severe allergies. Funworks/activity passes are not included and can only be purchased from Haven's main reception at an additional cost to yourselves. These prices and passes are exclusively provided by Haven only upon arrival of the park and are subject to availability.

Owner's booking terms

TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ
* A maximum of 6 people permitted in the caravan.
* This is a family site so no same sex groups are eligible to book.
* The lead name on the booking must be over the age of 21 years.
* £200 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking secures dates and the final balance is due no later than 6 weeks before you go.
*A £150 security bond is taken at the time of the final balance and is held against major damage, theft, extensive clean or loss of keys. If none of these occur your bond will be refunded within 7 days after your stay, payable by bank transfer.
*Strictly NO DOGS/PETS allowed inside the caravan at any time. If it is reported that this is the case you will be requested to leave immediately and the deposit will not be refunded.
* NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the caravan at all.
* Please leave the caravan reasonably clean and tidy. All cleaning products and cleaning appliances are supplied for you to use in the caravan.
* Please respect other holiday makers and keep unnecessary noise to a minimum.
* Only named people are permitted to stay unless cleared by the owner and this break cannot be sold on to a third party under any circumstance.
* If you cancel your break within the 8 weeks before your arrival date then refunds are as follows-
4-8 weeks =50% refund.
0-4weeks =0% refund.
These cancellations charges do not apply to COVID-19 restrictions. Should there be a lockdown or tier restriction that prevents travel and/or the park and its facilities are closed….we offer a FULL refund up to the day of travel as long as sufficient evidence is supplied.

This is our second home so we ask that all guests treat it with the respect that it deserves in order for us to continue to offer this service and ensure all guests continue to enjoy this stunning location with amazing facilities.

If these terms and conditions are not adhered to then you will be asked to leave the caravan with immediate effect with no refunds given. ...Show less
