Our caravan is located in a quiet cul-de sac on a newish development on site.

Its a 3 bedroom, the master bedroom has loads of space for a travel cot if needed, double wardrobe and drawers, it even has a vanity area, the two twin bedrooms also have adequate space and a single wardrobe with draws and also additional over head storage.

The caravans has gas central heating and double glazing making it perfect for winter breaks.

There is loads of storage in this caravan with a cloakroom and plenty of cupboards on entry.

The living room has the lovely French doors which lead out onto a enclosed front decking area with lighting, the decking is facing RAF Coningsby and great for watching the aircraft coming in and taking off! This does mean the planes can be very noisy, it is directly under the take off / landing flight path which makes for some great views but if any one the party struggles from loud noises this probably isn't the one for you, but if you love the jets.. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Bedding is supplied along with a small number of towels and we have supplied blankets for the winter nights.

It has a 3 piece suit bathroom and a separate WC.

All the bedrooms lead off a corridor from the kitchen which can be shut off which we find great with children going to bed and not getting disturbed.

The side decking leafy trellis around the hot tub for privacy and fairy lights. There is two sofas and on the front decking there is a sofa and two chairs for comfort.

There is a smart TV in the living area with a DVD player for added entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and usual appliances.
