8 Berth Caravan at Haven Church Farm (Ballast Rise)
Pagham - Near Bognor Regis/Chichester 3-bedroom caravan is located on the popular Church Farm Haven site near Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The pitch is located within 5 minutes walk to the Main Complex and 5-8 minutes in other direction to the Golf Course. And you can walk to the beach, via the lagoon.

As dog owners ourselves we welcome other dogs (as long as they're toilet trained!)

⭐ The caravan has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single) plus the pull-out bed in the lounge, it can comfortably sleep 8. The bedrooms all have a wardrobe and central heating.

⭐ Bathroom with toilet and shower (the room is nice and spacious and has a heated towel rail).

⭐ Separate toilet.

⭐ Kitchen, which includes an Oven, Fridge/freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Cafetiere and includes crockery (dining set) , utensils and pyrex dishes and pans.

⭐ Tarmac Driveway (Fitting two cars) - Located alongside/In front of caravan.

⭐Additional accessories include iron and ironing board, Hairdryer, Alarm Clock, iPod Docking x2, Vax upright hoover, Airer for clothes, Mop & Bucket, Broom, Handbrush (there is a launderette on the site). You can also access additional items from Reception (Highchair, Bed Cot Side).

⭐ Lounge / Diner which has a large corner sofa, gas fire and large TV with Freeview and Built In DVD Player.

⭐ Haven WIFI Connection.

⭐ Outdoor tap.

All bedding (duvets and pillows) is included in the price, the caravan will be cleaned ready for your arrival.

You will need to bring your own towels and linen. Dependant on availability linen is available on request £10 per room.

❌ PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED - they need to be purchased directly from the Activities hub on arrival❌

Entry is available from 3pm on the day of arrival, departure is 10am.

£100 deposit is required which is returned to you within 5 working days after your return. Plus £20 per pet if you're bringing pets (Up to x2 well behaved dogs).

Church Farm is located close to Bognor Regis and Chichester, it is located a short walk (approximately 15 minutes) from the beach (it has a lovely Ice Cream Parlour, Amusements, Co-Op, local shops, Pagham Fish and Chip shop and Pagham Cafe) and Lagoon and Nature Reserve (Lovely Scene and Views - Sun rises/sets) on route.

Everything you would need for a stay was included. Personal touch’s such as a selection of books. Outside table and chairs. A very good information book which if you do not know the area is so informative. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family .

Lovely caravan well kitted out with everything you need only thing I would add is a coffee table maybe some coat hooks and some baking trays for the oven. We enjoyed our stay and would book again just know if you pay for bed linen to be added to your booking you have to make your own beds not a big deal.

We had an incredible stay. The caravan was really clean and had all the amenities we required. A really welcoming club house with excellent entertainment. The bars and surrounding area were also great. We especially loved the beach where we were able to go crabbing and go on a lovely walk. Very friendly and easy service from the owners. Two lovely girls. Highly recommend this van- will defiantly return.

Second time last year..Thoroughly enjoyed our stay..Cannot fault this caravan.. comfortable..very clean and tidy..fully equipped . Including outside table and chairs. Owner friendly and helpful, gave us ideas on where to visit and places to eat We went on a day trip to the Isle of Wight ,took our car across so we could visit different places. Definitely be visiting again.. 5 STARS from us !!!

I have stayed in this caravan on many occasions with my dog. Very comfortable clean caravan well equipt with kitchen utensils. Situated well on the caravan park in a sunny position. In walking distance to complex with facilities which are ideal for couples & families. Beautiful area to stay in, pebbled beach in walking distance with beach cafe. Nice pubs in village to eat out in.

We could not have been more happy with the size, layout, caravan’s facilities, location of caravan or entertainment on site. We used the caravan as a base to travel around the south coast, as we had never been before. It was central and got us easily to areas such as Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Brighton, Chichester. All lovely scenic, easy drives. Pagham was great also with fantastic pubs and bars and places to eat. Lovely dog walks on the sea front. Great morning runs also to the nature reserve and on the coast. The caravan was spotless and I’ve never seen so many kitchen appliances and facilities. It really was home from home. I would recommend it to anybody and will definitely be back when we get chance.
