Beautiful 3 bedroom newly updated caravan, situated overlooking the fields and river.

The position of this caravan is perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful plot, but also a touch of wildlife including swans, ducks and sheep yet still only a short walk from the entertainment facilities.

Boasting a master double room with en-suite toilet, 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed, this will sleep 8 comfortably. The kitchen includes the standard oven, hobs, microwave, full size fridge freezer, plus now a dishwasher which is a great addition for anyone planning on cooking for the family.

The large gated decking is wrapped around the caravan, so when the sun is shining gives a prime spot for some relaxation and real chill time.

Lounge – Modern design with comfy bench sofas with large cushions. Large plasma TV fixed up onto the wall perfect for those family days spent in the caravan with a good DVD or Freeview.

Kitchen – Open plan fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook up a lovely family meal.

Bedrooms – Master double en-suite room, with memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort. Master room also benefits from a TV with DVD. 2 Twin rooms both with small bedside cabinet and wardrobe. Sofa bed in living room.

Bathrooms – Main bathroom with good size shower, toilet and sink. Master bedroom also has en-suite toilet.
