Though there is no side parking bay you can park directly infront of the caravan and this does not interfere with any of your views whilst inside or outside the caravan.

3 bedroom dg/ch caravan, with gated decking, located at the top of the park, car can be parked in front of the caravan which does not block any of your view from the caravan/decking. This caravan is fully equipped with everything you need.

£50.00 non returnable
Deposit secures your booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to holiday.

BEDDING TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED (duvets and pillows are supplied)

We leave Ample Cleaning products in the caravan, please leave the caravan clean and tidy especially the oven, microwave and bathrooms.

Entertainment passes
Are NOT included, these would need to be purchased from reception when you arrive to access all site facilities. HIGH SEASON prices per caravan are approx. PLEASE SEE IN PHOTOS A PRICE LIST OF THE PASSES PER ADULT/CHILD

There is a smart tv in the caravan and the WiFi is free for you use.

ARRIVAL TIME IS NO EARLIER THAN 4PM (to enable ample time for cleaning prior to your arrival)

The beach has been awarded blue flag status on many occasions, the beach is stones at the back and when tide recedes the sand is amazing and soo clean, summer months there is life guards positioned always follow the flag signs.

Beautiful caravan with gorgeous views , we all had a wonderful week especially the children x Rosina couldn’t have been more lovely, helpful and generous, I just hope we left it to your standard xx The walk definitely made me fitter haha xx If your looking to rent this caravan then do it !! There is no way you will be disappointed xxx

We had a lovely 2 nights in Rosina’s fab caravan. A real home from home. She made up the beds for our arrival which was greatly appreciated. The caravan was so clean and smelt so fresh The caravan site is well laid out and well kept. Thank you Rosina for a lovely stay.

Had an amazing time in a truly beautiful location. Rosina's caravan was spotless when we arrived (and when we left ????) and had everything we could possibly need for our family holiday. There were even drinks left out for us on arrival which were appreciated after a long drive. 100% recommend and will definitely be back again, thanks Rosina!
