Fabulous 3 bed, 8 berth, situated on a generous plot providing space for your own picnic bench & table providing you with a usable outdoor area. Great access to the on-site amenities and walk to to the beach.

Description

A fabulous caravan located in Piran Point, close to the dunes whilst a short distance to the on-site amenities.

Lounge/Dining room;
This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright & airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa bed. There is plenty of free standing seating area for all guests. There is a 37" TV & DVD player, side table and gas fire making it cosy for those chilly evenings.

Kitchen;
The stylish well appointed kitchen has everything you need with a full sized oven & hob, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle. Crockery & cookware.

Master bedroom;
A comfortable double bed for a perfect nights sleep with plenty of storage and a TV.

Bedrooms x 2;
One containing a double bed and the other 2 x single beds. Some additional storage.

Family bathroom;
Contains a large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Separate WC;
WC with a hand basin.

Outside Area;
Picnic bench and table for outside chill time and dining, parking space.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer. A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following successful inspection.
