A lovely 3 bed Delux spacious and modern accommodation One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.

Wi-Fi. Large smart tv. DVD player (just bring your own dvds).
Shower room and toilet are Separate.

Free wifi included in every stay. Bedding can be supplied £20. Please include at time of booking. Mattresses and pillows provided. Mattresses/pillows have protectors on. If using the pull out please note bo bedding is supplied you will need to bring your own( duvet and pillows) .£75 DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL.
Please ensure all electrical items are switched off. Please don't leave heating on whilst out. And ensure that you switch heating off on day of departure.
Check in from 4pm. Please ensure you have left by 10am on day of leaving. So that cleaner's have time to get caravan ready for new guests. £75 damage/care bond refunded within 72 hs provided that cleaner's report no issues. Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday date. Please treat caravan respectfully. Any anti-social incidents reported may result in your bond being withheld.
No charging of vehicles allowed
Please ensure pets don't sleep on the beds. Otherwise a cleaning fee may be applied.

Great caravan, had everything we needed. Marie was happy to help with any queries about the stay and the area. We all had a great week, including our dog with all the beach walks.

Caravan was clean. Everything was in that was expected. Nice outside area. Wifi a bonus. Caravan park nice and clean. Close to all amenities. Will definitely book again

Caravan is really nice and Clean. All furnishings are nice and in good condition. Fresh smell when walked in. Will definitely be booking again
