Three bedroomed caravan with wrap around decking which gets the sun all day. Patio furniture available for your use.

2 double rooms 1 with en-suite and 1 twin room. ..Tv in lounge and Tv in main bedroom...Netflix.....Bluetooth sound system.....PS4 with a few games..... WIFI included.... CD player with CDs......USB charging points in bedrooms... Toilet and shower. Bed linen, pillows and duvets supplied.
Wash towels are Not Provided..Please being your own

Caravan sited at the West part of the site near to beach, Ferryboat and café. Foot ferry on beach takes to Brightlensea.
Entertainment complex, restaurant...Burger king... outdoor & indoor pools, arcade, mini market. Bike and go kart hire are all a short walk away..
Fishing lake is situated on park (fishing licence required)

Price does not include Entertainment passes these can be purchased at Reception
£100 breakages deposit...Will be returned once caravan has been checked with no damage or smells.
Only persons listed on holiday date allowed to use. If there's more then they will lose their deposit. This is my 2nd home and I would like it too be respected.

We stayed in Alison’s caravan 25 July for 5 days. Wot can I say the caravan was amazing home from home. Exceptionally clean with all amenities you will need. Located in an excellent place, very quiet street, right by the beach and small park. Can whole heartedly recommend this caravan.
