A stunning brand new ABI Horizon 2021. Pet Friendly, 3 bed on a wonderful plot with stunning views of the Dunes, an elevated position and not overlooked within the Haven site Perran Sands, Cornwall.

Description

Imagine being one of the first guests to stay in this brand new ABI Horizon, purchased from Haven in readiness for the 2022 season, you just know you're not going to be disappointed.

Fully double glazed and with an air blown heating system you will be kept warm and toastie on even the most chilly of evenings.

With it's large elevated plot with amazing views of the dunes and also not overlooked by a soul making it a wonderfully private spot for the family to enjoy their holiday. There is also a lovely picnic bench and seating to enjoy some alfresco dining or simply relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evenings.

The internal caravan features as follows.

Lounge/Dining Room.
The open plan layout is a fantastic use of the space and includes a stylish living area with plush seating and a stand-alone dining table for meal times together.
The décor throughout is neutral allowing space for your own homely touches.
The lounge area is completed with a contemporary wall mounted electric feature fire to complete the modern look of the caravan.

Kitchen:
Leading off the dining area is a galley style kitchen. To your left is a full sized oven/grill & four burner gas hob. Above there are wall mounted shelves for your crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Opposite is your fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, sink, kitchen units and cupboards for cookware provided.

Master Bedroom:
A comfortable double bed which you should enjoy a good nights sleep. Duvets, Pillows and mattress protectors are provided, meaning you would only need to bring your bed linen with you.

Single Bedrooms x 2:
Both single bedrooms have two single beds. Again duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. In the Horizon the single beds are quite spacious and there is plenty of storage.

Family bathroom;
Contains large shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. There is a heated towel rail.

Second WC;
A separate WC and hand basin.

Outside;
Plenty of parking available and with a picnic table and bench for your exclusive usage.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers numerous facilities to keep the whole family entertained. There are heated indoor & outdoor pools with a flume & newly constructed lazy river. Other on park facilities include adventure golf, kart hire, an all weather sports court for football & basketball. There is also a sports hub where they carry out archery & fencing.

On site you will also find a well stocked convenience store with in-store bakery, a gift shop & launderette. A hire shop is also available to provide you with anything which you may have forgotten.

There are numerous places to eat and drink including the Funky Fish Restaurant, Surf Bay which also provides WIFI access, Papa Johns Pizza who offer a full delivery service to your caravan, plus Cooke's a traditional fish & chip shop. There is The Coast Sports Bar open throughout the day & evening for drinks & snacks, with a Pool & Darts, Sky TV and an outside seating area. The Fun Works Centre incorporates an amusement arcade leading through to the Live Lounge which hosts shows and entertainment throughout the day.

The village of Perranporth is only a mile away, with a scheduled bus service collecting and dropping off throughout the day. Alternatively Perranporth can be reached on foot via the coast path running alongside the golf course and onto Perranporth beach & the famous Watering Hole Beach Bar. The village itself has a number of interesting shops, cafe's and restaurants, the majority of which are dog friendly. There is a boating lake & gardens.

Perranporth is a famous surfing destination attracting surfers of all abilities. For anyone wanting to try their hand, there are a number of equipment hire shops which also offer lessons.

Owner's booking terms

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am. ...Show less
