Beauport Park Holiday Village - Holiday Accommodation 14481

There are great facilities on the Park: a Club House with an entertainments programme, bar and restaurant. Other attractions and facilities are an outdoor heated pool, play area, small gym, launderette, Mini mart shop.

The caravan feels spacious and comfortable. Guests have been impressed with how well equipped it is.
We have installed unlimited WIFI and there is a 42” TV. There is parking for two cars.
Our fenced in plot is almost in the woods. (In fact there is a gate at the back of the garden through the rhododendrons to the woods!)
Access to the caravan is via a step at the gate then two steps up onto the terrace - this has good hand rails.
The terrace accommodates a sitting area, coffee table and a sun parasol and there’s a table and chairs which can be added. We have recently added a deck at the front of the caravan which makes a safe extension for the living area when the doors are open.

There are two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom ( bath, with shower, sink and toilet). There is plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table.
The twin bedroom has two single beds - one slightly narrower than the other. There are spaces for cloths etc to be hung and stored.
There is a king-size sofa bed in the living room.
There is a shower room, toilet and sink located opposite the twin bedroom but easily accessed from the light vine room.

The kitchen has a gas cooker and good size fridge freezer. There is a microwave/grill, a toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster and cafetière. There is a full set of utensils, cutlery and crockery.
There are grocery deliveries to the Park but also there is a large Sainsbury’s store a 5 min drive away.
The dining area is between the kitchen and the living room.

The living room has a large sofa, coffee table and floor cushions. There is the TV and a CD player.
The view from the living room windows is not to be missed especially when there’s a colourful sunset!

More about the location.
There are many historic towns such as Hastings, Battle and Rye near by. It is only 15mins drive to Hastings and St Leonards-On-Sea beaches and 5 mins to Banatynes Hotel - Gym, Pool and Spa Club.

There is also a picnic area by a large duck pond on the site which is a great start to a walk through the woods.

The Club House has open access.
The pool and the gym can be accessed by arrangement with the site office, near the entrance to Park.
