Caravan Holiday Park Information
Kiln Park in South Wales is blessed with beautiful surroundings, including the picturesque seaside town of Tenby and its Blue Flag beach.
This park is perfect for a break away and it's packed with things to do for families!
Splash down the water slides or in the mini SplashZone of our heated indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool open in the summer months.
Play Crazy Golf, go to the Amusement Arcade, indoor Soft Play area, play football on the play field area or tennis or take advantage with the organised indoor sports range activities (air rifle shooting, archery, etc.) or outdoor climbing wall, pedal go karts and bikes. Play Passes will need to be purchased with Haven online, to book certain activities in advance, once your stay has been registered with Haven, to avoid any disappointment when making bookings.
- Carry on the seaside theme at the Harbwr Lights bar and restaurant
- Splash away in the indoor and outdoor pools (Play passes are required for these)
- Visit the newly refurbished Live Lounge and bar entertainments area, in 2022, at the cost of £5 million. Kid’s Clubs are offered in the day time and evening, followed by other evening entertainments ,etc; please check the daily schedules, at the entrance to the entertainment’s complex, for a list of the weekly entertainment on offer). Play Passes are required for this area and for other activities; these are not included in the hire price of the caravan.
These passes and activities are booked online directly with the site; please contact the site in advance, as availability can be limited, particularly at busy times. The Owners cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of the activities. If you are unable to book anything in advance however, we have in the past gone to the swimming pool reception, restaurant reception and the evening entertainments lounge bar upstairs, AS SOON AS WE HAVE ARRIVED ON SITE, to see, if there is any availability during our entire stay at Kiln Park. Staff have been very helpful and accommodating with our needs, in the past!

- There is an access path to the lovely Tenby South Beach, from the caravan site, just a pleasant 10 minute walk away!
- Stroll along the large sandy beach to picturesque Tenby. Tenby town centre has a supermarket, train station & bus station, various boat trips, scenic walks and a nature reserve. Visit the old town’s walled areas, shops, old market, takeaways / cafes / ice cream parlours, etc, Tenby North Beach or go on boat trips including a boat trip to Caldey Island; (visit the boat stands, above the old harbour, for further details (subject to service)).
- This park is perfect for a break away for families with children. It is a perfect family get away … It is an ideal location from which to visit many surrounding attractions in area such as Oakwood and Heatherton theme parks, Manor Wildlife Park, Dinosaur Park, Bluestone Park, National Botanical Gardens, Zoo and Wildlife centres, Saundersfoot, Golf Course, Go Karting, Leisure Centre, Horse Riding, Paintballing, Cinema, Museum and fishing.
The area has a stunning coastline, beaches and points of interest are Fresh Water West, Barafundle, Broad Haven South, Freshwater East, Angle Bay, Bosherston Lily Ponds, St Govan’s Head, Pembroke Castle, and St David’s Blue Lagoon.

Rental Booking Terms & Conditions
£100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with balance to be paid 2 months prior to hire start date.
Bookings within 2 months of the hire start date have to be paid in full. Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal..
NB. Play Passes are available from the Haven website and are not part of the holiday hire, to book activities, including swimming and to use the newly refurbished Live Bar and Entertainments complex upstairs).
Thank you for enquiring about staying in our beautiful caravan.
Our breaks are only 4 nights Monday to Friday, 3 nights Friday to Monday, 7 nights Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday. We do not start any breaks on a Saturday or end a break on a Sunday sorry.
Check in time is 4pm, on the day of arrival and check out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
We are now taking booking for 2023.
The Long Weekend in July 2023 are currently available.

Finally, we will be very grateful, if you leave our caravan in the same condition as you found it so that it is ready for the next guests and this will therefore keep the prices down. There is a £100 damage / respect bond which will be refunded, as long as the caravan is left in the same condition that it was found. Any damage that is found by a renter on arrival, must be reported to the caravan owner within 2 hours of arrival by email or phone.

Terms & Conditions
Deposits and Payments.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or Paypal only.
A £100 non refundable deposit, paid by bank transfer or Paypal is required. This will secure a booking and will go towards any loss or expenses as a result of a cancellation.
If making the payment via Paypal, you can enter this information in the comments section prior to completing the transaction.
There is an extra £100 bond to be added to the price, to cover any damages/ breakages/losses/issues of security to the caravan or items in the caravan. This will be refunded within 7 days, to the bank account that payment was made from, following the cleaners having been in after the Hirer / Hirer’s party have left, the caravan having been checked, the keys having been returned to the key safe (with the numbers jumbled up) and we have been informed all is good.
The Full and Final payment is to be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival. Your confirmation notification will clearly show you when the balance is due. If you do not receive confirmation of your booking, please let me know. Failure to pay your balance on time will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.
Bookings within 10 weeks of the hire start date have to be paid in full.
Late Fee for a late check out time, on day of departure.If you do not leave and check out of the caravan, before 10 am on the day of departure, there will be a reduction made of £25, in the amount of bond returned back to you. This is due to the cleaner having to complete a thorough clean and turn around the caravan, in order for it to be ready for the next guests’ arrival. This in turn saves money off future bookings.

Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your holiday you MUST contact us via dwilco40@yahoo.co.uk in the first instance. You MUST return any documents and give written notice to terminate the holiday contract.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to holiday will result in the loss of initial deposit.
• Cancellations made between 60 days and 30 days prior to the stay will result in loss of 50% of the cost of the holiday.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the stay will result in 100% of the cost of the holiday being forfeited.
• The extra £100 bond will be returned to you, if it has been paid, following a cancellation. The £100 deposit, to secure the booking, is non refundable.
If you have to cancel your booking, for any reason, we will do our best to resell your cancelled date, in which case we will happily refund in full (minus the non refundable deposit).
In the event we are forced to cancel your stay at Shearwater for any reason (such as any booking error by us, or issues with the accommodation requiring immediate attention) then we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to either:-
• Re-schedule your stay at Shearwater 6
Or
• Refund your payment in full.
However any cancellations we are forced to make as a result of your error such as (but not limited to):-
• Non-payment or incomplete payment within the required timescales.
Or
• Non adherence to the Terms & Conditions of your booking, etc
will be subject to cancellation fees and charges as set out above; this covers any reasonable loss or additional expenses incurred to us as a result of the cancellation.
Liability: We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by any member of the party.
Damage and Lost Property.
We hope you don't have any mishaps while you're with us. But if your accommodation is damaged by you or someone in your party or any equipment is lost or broken during your stay, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning costs. Any damage to your accommodation could result in your booking being cancelled, with no refund. If there is an emergency, access can be obtained into your accommodation without warning.
Let us know, as soon as you realise you've left something behind. We'll do all we can to find it, although we are not liable if this isn't possible or if it's damaged. If it is found, we will endeavour to return it to you, however you will have to cover the costs of any packaging and postage sorry.
Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility or pay compensation if we cancel or change your booking in any way because of events beyond our control. Neither can we accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage you suffer because of events beyond our control. Some of the things we mean by 'events beyond our control' are flooding, fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity and unavoidable technical problems with transport.
Insurance
You are responsible for your own holiday insurance against any cancellations, accidents, loss or damage of personal property, etc. and against the unlikely event of the park having to close completely or in parts.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite reasonably from most insurance brokers.
Under no circumstances will the Holiday home owner accept any liability for loss or theft of Hirer / Hirer’s party personal possessions or for any injuries sustained in the Owners holiday home, on the holiday park or at any time during the Hirer’s rental period. Insurance is available to cover these events for which the Hirer takes full responsibility and it should include cover for any infectious diseaseor virus which the Owners holiday home insurance does not cover. For the avoidance of any doubt, if the Hirer or Hirer’s party were to contract any illness, disease or virus whilst staying at the Owners holiday home, the Hirer accepts it is beyond the Holiday home owners control.
All of Haven's site rules must be adhered to and we cannot be held responsible if you are asked to leave the site.
To stay within the GDPR (Data Protection) Guidelines any data that is processed by booking, I can confirm is Not shared in any way.
We hope you have a lovely and care free stay however if there are any problems or queries during your stay, please contact the Haven Kiln Park site team or myself, for any assistance, so the problems can be resolved; if any issues have not been reported and an opportunity for the issue(s) to be resolved we cannot guarantee any refund or compensation for any problems that have occurred.
