Amazing caravan, felt like home from home. Owner was very friendly & helpful throughout the booking process & whilst on holiday. Any question she was happy to answer. The caravan is well maintained & had everything we possibly needed. My 5 year old son absolutely loved it. The view was amazing & we loved having the ducks & swans coming up to the balcony. We will definitely book to come back.

The caravan is on an excellent site overlooking the lagoon which is beautiful at any time of day ,we enjoyed sitting watching the wildlife with the sun sparkling on the water. The owner Julie was so helpful and she did everything to make our stay comfortable.

We have just returned from a lovely break. The accommodation was spotless and even better than the photos. Quietly positioned overlooking the lagoon, but still central for all the facilities. We enjoyed a lovely swim in the indoor pool, again spotless. Looking forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We’ve been coming to Church Farm for over 12 years with Haven and privately owned caravans and I can say with my hand on my heart that this caravan is the BEST we’ve stayed in. Amazing view straight onto the Lagoon. The caravan is high spec, clean, comfortable, good hot fast running showers and the most comfortable beds. The location on the site is perfect, under 2 minutes walk to clubhouse, pool and facilities. Under a minute walk to the Lagoon bridge and then under 5 minutes walk to Pagham beach, also situated in one of the most quiet places on the park. The owner, Julie was superb, helpful and so kind. This will be the only caravan we will be booking at Church Farm from now on.

We have just returned home from a weeks break at Church Farm. The caravan is in the perfect location with great views of the lagoon from the decking area. the caravan itself is best one we have ever stayed in and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. Julie is very helpful and at the other end of the phone if you need anything.

Thank you to owner for warm welcoming when we arrived earlier. Caravan has been perfect prepared for us. All were on the higher standard. We loved amazing view from caravan’s decking. Children had a lot to do in the holiday park. They offer really attractive entertainments for all ages. I’m sure we want to come back next year.

Julie is lovely and her caravan is absolutely amazing, view is breathtaking and there is absolutely everything needed for a perfect holiday, my 6 year old loved lazing on the sun bed on the veranda and my mum thorough enjoyed sitting and enjoying a cup of tea watching the swans and ducks on the lagoon, couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. We spent 5 says at Julie's caravan, and had a wonderful time. The van was immaculate, with everything you would need and more. The view from the veranda at the back was just lovely and even the swans came right up to the van. The site was lovely and peaceful with plenty to do. Amazing place, can not recommend highly enough. Front row caravan with a south facing deck overlooking Pagham lagoon. The view is awesome, just perfect for chilling out and watching the birds and the odd paddleboarder. The caravan is lovely. Condition is perfect and its well equipped. Layout is great with hallway, spacious master bed with ensuite shower, twin room, 2nd shower room and immaculate kitchen/living room. The deck, two sofas and the dining table all give you a lagoon view, this front row position does not disappoint! Its a perfect spot.

We very much enjoyed our stay, it’s location is amazing, overlooking the lake and close to all the facilities (but not too close you get bothered by any noise). It’s lovely and homely, it was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our little ones, they loved playing on the deck. The host was very responsive to any queries we had and our check in / check out process was very smooth. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and very clean caravan which is situated by the lagoon with beautiful views and is not it to far from the on-site amenities . Excellent communication was had with the owner throughout the whole booking and holiday. Can’t wait visit again.
