A newly sited Willerby Avonmore static caravan. Two bedrooms sleeping up to four guests. Large, bright and spacious it is a stunning caravan located in a quieter private owners area of the park.

The main king size bedroom is spacious with ample storage and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom with a full height wardrobe located opposite the main bathroom which has a double walk in shower.

L shaped sofa in the main lounge makes the most of the bright views from the floor to ceiling windows. Dining area and very well equipped kitchen completes the bright and spacious space. TV/DVD in the lounge and the park has just installed WIFI.

There are books, DVD's to use and a gas fire in the main lounge. Patio table and chairs outside, along with a BBQ and outside storage box for use. A new addition to the park for 2022 will be a bakery/deli/farm shop on site.

There is a good children's play park and it is just a two minute walk to the private beach. Within an easy walk from the caravan is Booby's Bay, Harlyn Bay, Constantine and Porthcothan and Trevone Bay. A ten minute walk from the park is the new award winning Pig restaurant, ideal for a treat or celebration. We are located 5 mins from Trevose Golf Club.

All duvets and pillows are provided but guests need to provide their own bed linen, towels (both beach and bath), a tea towel and a small mat or towel for stepping out of the shower onto.

I ask all guests to remove their shoes on entering as it is a new van and tar, sand, mud is very hard to clean up for you at the end of your stay.

A car park pass can be obtained on arrival from reception - the charge for this contributes to the National Trust and the preservation of Trevose Head.
