Description

Situated on kestrel just 1 minute walk to the entertainment complex, this family owned caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa bed in lounge if needed. 2 bathrooms, one with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Buffet food warmer and air fryer. Central heating throughout and electric fire in living room. Double glazed.

48” smart TV with basic sky tv package and DVD/Blu-ray player. Various board games available.

Decking with furniture. Gate can be locked for security.

High chair, travel cot and bed rail available.

Please bring own bed linen. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors provided. Vacuum, mop and clothes airer provided.

We do not provide entertainment passes. These can be purchased at reception.

Lovely caravan with good facilities (airfryer was a really good addition). The caravan was in a fantastic location right next to the main hub. The owners were great and made us feel very welcome. They were very friendly and easy to contact and made everything very easy for us. We all had a fantastic holiday and would love to return.

Really lovely caravan. Located close to the complex. Very comfortable beds! Clean and tidy and I loved the air fryer so much that I'm buying myself a bigger one. Great communication with Paula throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay in this lovely caravan. We had a fab holiday. Good communication with Paula, always replying quickly to our messages. I would highly recommend this caravan.

Fantastic caravan, it was very clean and very well equipped. Despite the cold February weather, the caravan was so cosy. It's really close to the entertainment complex. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved the swimming pool & the children's entertainment at the club. Communication with Paula, the owner, was excellent.

Fabulous ????? accommodation. Extremely clean, very spacious and comfortable. We had everything needed including hanging hooks which I think are a necessity in caravans. The owner was very helpful and only a text away if needed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Cayton Bay. Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy a self catered stay. Despite the cold weather the caravan was lovely and warm and was close to the site facilities so everything was easy accessible. Communication from the owners was great and they made check in/out extremely easy and added some extra personal touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again! We will definitely be back!
