The caravan is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout with a flame effect electric fire in the lounge. The spacious lounge/dining area has plenty of seating for family gatherings with a door leading out onto a large veranda; perfect for coffee in the morning sun or a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. There is a TV and DVD player and a small selection of DVD's, books, games and puzzles.

The open plan kitchen is well laid out with a large fridge freezer, gas cooker and microwave; there is ample storage and plenty of utensils, crockery, pots, pans and glasses.

There are two bedrooms: the main double bedroom is fitted with overhead cupboards, dressing table, bedside tables and wall to wall wardrobe there is an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The second smaller bedroom has two 2ft3" beds with a wardrobe and overhead storage.

The Shower Room which is across from the second bedroom is a good size and also contains a wash basin and second toilet.

We provide all bed linen and will make the beds up ready for your arrival.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS however, tea towels are provided.

Sorry but we do not allow pets, or smoking inside the caravan.

The site has a well stocked shop, plus there are restaurants, pop up food stalls, a bar and pizzas. There are tennis courts, table tennis tables (bats and balls provided in the caravan) and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor). The Fitness Club has a well equipped gym, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Opening times may vary and charges apply to some facilities.

There is often entertainment, including children’s entertainment in the evenings, either outside in the village square or in the terrace bar. There are also a number of activities for children and adults organised by Kelling Heath, details of which can be obtained from reception. The Kelling Heath site is an excellent place for birdwatching and star gazing. Nearby are local stables for horse riding; the North Norfolk Heritage Railway and the beautiful North Norfolk Coastline.
