This fabulous caravan is modern and spacious with an open plan living and dining area. Located on the parks premium area of Bay Hollow, this van boasts a sought after position in a quiet cul-de-sac with beach access.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with fully fitted wardrobe, dressing table, TV and en-suite bathroom (toilet and wash basin).
The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, double wardrobe, plus wall mounted cupboards offering additional storage.
In addition to the master en-suite bathroom, there is the main bathroom, which is larger and includes a toilet, wash basin and good size shower.
There is a light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which includes a dining table that seats four, and a sofa bed if you need extra sleeping space. There is plenty of seating in the lounge and French doors open to a generous side deck, where you can sit and admire the fabulous view.
This van has all the facilities you would expect from a top end caravan, including two TV’s. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your convenience and includes a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven. This van can comfortably sleep up to six people.
Outside of the van, in addition to parking for two vehicles, there is also a generous-sized grass/patio area with seating.

Located on Poole Harbour, Poole Quay is on your doorstep with many bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. If beach life is your thing, the award-winning Sandbanks beach is only a stone throw away.
If you prefer to stay on site, there are many activities on offer (March-October), from learning new skills at the water sports centre, hiring electric bikes or hanging out in one of the four on site food and drink venues. Please note, Haven Play passes are not included in the price of the van and can be purchased directly from Rockley, however, since Covid19, we cannot guarantee availability.
Note - bed linen and towels are not included within the price of the nightly hire but are available if needed as an extra.
