The ABI Sunscape is a modern 2015 model. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 1 double bedroom 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. It is sited in a quiet location approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main resort.

To the side of the caravan is a full size veranda with patio furniture and a hard standing parking space. To the front of the caravan is a large grass area for children to play.

Central heating and double glazing make this an ideal holiday home all year round.

The lounge is large and spacious providing plenty of room for all the family. Incorporating a gas fire and a 32" flat screen digital TV/DVD.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday. It has an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also hosts a wrap around dinette providing a great environment for family meals.

Unlike most caravans the Sunscape has a door separating the bedrooms/bathrooms from the living area.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a double wardrobe, bedside cabinets together with a shelf and mirror.

Both twin bedrooms have two single beds, a single wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and a mirror with self.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large shower enclosure. There is also a separate toilet and sink ideal for larger families.

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

The caravan is non smoking and pets are not permitted.
