Skipsea Sands Holiday Park is a very popular family friendly site where many people return year, after year, after year. Our dog friendly caravan offers a perfect base to explore the East Yorkshire coastline.

The park is situated right next to the North Sea, on the cliff top. At the right end of the bay you have Spurn Point, Withernsea, Hornsea, then Skipsea, and moving left you have Ulrome, Barmston, Fraisthorpe, Wilsthorpe, Bridlington, and Flamborough Head.

The park does not have official beach access due to ongoing coastal erosion, however there are cliff top paths to explore and various other ways to access the beach on foot.

Our caravan is situated in a pleasant, well maintained and relatively quiet area of the site, called Westfield. The on site amenities are less than 5 minutes away and the caravan is adjacent to a large open green space which can be walked through to access these amenities more quickly.

Our caravan has:

1 double bedroom (with an ottoman style lift up double bed for additional storage)
2 twin rooms
1 bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin
1 bathroom with toilet and wash basin

Living room has large seating area which has been newly upholstered for 2022, and contains a pull out double bed
Dining area with seating area, 2 stools and table
Large TV with integrated DVD player and Freeview TV
Gas fire
Kitchen has under counter fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill, hob, electric extractor hood, all utensils and kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs
Toaster and kettle
Ironing board and iron
Henry Pet vacuum cleaner
2 x clothes drying racks
Double glazed throughout
Blown air heating throughout
Gas, electricity and water included in the price you pay

Entertainment passes not included - you can organise this directly at the site office

Our beds have mattress protectors on, our duvets have duvet protectors on, our pillows have pillow protectors on, all anti-allergy.

The owner was amazing right from first booking through to leaving the caravan. Caravan was immaculate had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras left in from washing up liquid, soap and loo rolls which helped keep the packing down. Hoover also left in caravan which was brilliant for keeping the sand under control! Highly recommend owner/caravan and looking to book again

Fantastic caravan, very spacious and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location on the park. The owners were great and full of knowledge and extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. There were 6 of us in total, 5 adults and a teenager and ample room for all of us. Highly recommend this caravan

As a family we enjoyed the caravan site. We used the swimming area, amusements, shop & entertainment for the child. Unfortunately the meals available in the bar & fish & chip shop were expensive mainly chips not mashed potatoes.

Beautiful place,very clean and dog friendly. Very comfortable,clean caravan and lovely owner. Owner gives you as much information as he can also guide you if you need help. I can recommend caravan and me and my family we planing come back to the same place again.

Had a lovely stay at this caravan! The place was lovely and very clean. We had every essential in there which with a baby was very beneficial. Tom the caravan owner was very friendly and caring. On our arrival he asked us if everything is ok and if we like it in here and if we need anything just let him know - which was very nice of him. I would highly recommend this host and caravan. We enjoyed our family time there so much! Thank you :)

Fab holiday with my 2 young boys, mum, dad and 2 doggos. Caravan is immaculate and spacious. Great location, very close to the evening entertainment, swimming pool etc. Lovely walks close by. Booking process was seamless. 5 ??????????. Will definitely be back!
