A three bedroom modern caravan with an elevated view in a cul de sac location. This is situated on Haven Rockley Park in Poole.

Lounge area with sofa and separate armchair, wall mounted television, electric mood lighting fire and DVD player. Patio doors lead to a large decked area with garden furniture.

A well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and integrated fridge freezer. There is a dining room table and chairs.

Master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, hairdryer and large wardrobe.

Two further twin bedroom both with a single wardrobe and additional storage.

Main bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin. There is an additional room with toilet and basin.

Off street parking for up to 3 cars.

We stayed for the weekend 7th October to Monday 10th October. Our grandchildren came over from Germany to stay with us for a few days, it was a great weekend and the caravan played a large part in that. The caravan has plenty of room for a family.It was spotlessly clean, and lots of little touches have been added to make it feel a home from home. It is located close to the beach and also the shops and bars. All in all a great caravan at a great price.

A lovely modern caravan in a fantastic location. The caravan is located in Rockley Terrace which is a lovely quiet area of the park, a short walk to the entertainment and pools. The caravan itself is very clean and well equipped, with three bedrooms and a lovely open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area. The lounge has a large tv, DVD player and double doors on to the veranda with amazing views across the bay and beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of seating outside, we had the sun on side veranda in the morning and the front during the day and evening. The park it’s self is great with plenty for everyone to do. A nice indoor pool with two slides and splash zone, an outdoor heated pool, several restaurants and bars, live lounge with daily evening entertainment and lots more to do. We purchased play passes from haven to access the pools and entertainment. A fantastic caravan at a great site.
