Welcome to my accessible, spacious 2 bedroom caravan and sit on the sun deck veranda for a relaxing stay with a view of the world going by.
Ramped and gated access with hard standing by allocated parking for 1, with gravel parking adjacent.
Cosy with central heating that you can control & double glazing.
The caravan is Ideal if you need a bit more space for a wheelchair, crutches or walking frame as this caravan was built with internal widening of sliding doors and corridor, and a large wet room with shower seat and grab handles.
N.B. anyone can hire it, you do not have to be disabled.
No pets with the exception of one Guide Dog or Registered Dog for Disabled - With prior permission from me.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 single 3ft wide beds with plenty of space between.
If you wish, you can put the 2 single beds together in the main bedroom, to make a 6ft wide super king bed, but you would need to bring superking width sheets, superking duvet and superking covers.
In the main bedroom, there is enough room on the floor for a double lilo or 2 single lilos if you have 3 or 4 children that want to share that room like a sleepover and you can bring sleeping bags for the lilos. (NB still only 6 maximum people allowed in total)
There's a small double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a monkey pull grab fixed on a rail across the main bedroom to help at bedtimes if needed.
BEDDING & TOWELS
Duvets, pillows and pillow protectors are provided .
You will need to bring your own bedlinen - duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets.
Please bring your own towels & tea towels, - hand towels, kitchen, bathing & swimming.
CLEANING
The caravan is cleaned before and after your holiday by my lovely housekeeper. Extra attention is given to high use areas so you have some confidence for a happy and healthy break.
There is plenty to visit and do in Dorset. Have a look at the "Visit Dorset" website. If you go to Monkey World and have a Blue Badge, a carer can enter for free. I only mention that as I went recently. Can book online.
There is a regular bus service to the site in summer that goes straight to the Weymouth seafront. Taxis are available and can sometimes be cheaper for a group.

For clarity, you are booking my self-catering caravan. I have no control over any aspect of the facilities on the Littlesea site and I can take no responsibility for any closures, failures, or changes to the site facilities or entertainment including the site WIFI.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions form part of the contract between you, the ‘Lead Booker’ as stated on the booking form, and Mrs Kerley (The Owner). It is important that you read them and agree to these Terms and Conditions on the booking form.
Dates of Hire. The length of hire as agreed between The Hirer and The Owner is from 4:00pm on arrival date until 10:00am on departure date as stated on the booking form. Any unauthorized use of the caravan by The Hirer outside of these dates and times is chargeable and may result in the forfeit of some, or all, of the deposit paid by The Hirer.
Cost of Hire. The amount payable is £100 security deposit plus the £ hire fee for the period of hire.
The security deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be repaid in full 7 days after the end of the period of hire, providing that these terms and conditions have been adhered to.
The balance of the cost of hire MUST be received 6 weeks before the start of the hire period, otherwise the contract will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
Haven Play Passes. Play passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival. You only need play passes if you want to use the swim pool, on-site activities and entertainment.
Keys. On arrival the keys will be available from the key safe at the caravan. On departure, keys must be put back securely into the key safe. Lost keys will be charged for at £20 per set.
Occupancy. The caravan may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. The Hirer will be
responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets and would ask
that you do not smoke in the caravan. Signs of smoking inside will incur a £50 cleaning fee.
The caravan must be left clean and tidy. Any malicious damage, or extra cleaning costs incurred for damage to furniture or the accommodation, must be paid for by the hirer and may result in the forfeit of some or all the security deposit
Behaviour. If, in the opinion of The Owner (or our representative) or the park manager, any member of the party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others, The Owner or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to The Hirer.
Insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, illness, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
