The caravan has a large veranda that is gated for your peace of mind. There is unlimited Wi-Fi at no extra cost, new microwave and full sized cooker, All new flooring,fire and digital heaters to all bedrooms and hall. All beds are made with fresh linen for your arrival and also all towels (apart from beach towels). lovely cosy duvets at 15 tog and feather pillows make for a great nights sleep.
There is a small shop on site, 2 mins away, selling newspapers, bread,milk gifts it is well stocked. There is also the award winning petes chippy out the back entrance, also 2 mins away.There is a childrens park 2 mins away with slide and swings and a laundarette all on site. Just out side the main gates is bj entertainment venue /arcade /softplay/ with family room, shows etc this is 5 mins from caravan
The whole site Exit/Entrance is covered with Security Cameras. The THEME PARK, FANTASY ISLAND FUNFAIR is 5 mins walk away with Cafe's, Restaurants, gift shops, bucket & spades for the beach. The BEACH is in walking distance, and will take you 10 mins The BEACH is a blue star rating. (GOOD, SAFE) bibbysbeach bar is where you relax and the kids can play on the beach, within site of you. you can also get to the beach via going through coastfields which is next door through the back entrance.

It is situated towards the back of the park, not to far from a chip shop, & family pub. and is within walking distance. And near the shop on our site too. There is a large play area on site, For your peace of mind there is scanning security cameras around the site for your safety. also on gates & exits to the site.
We pride ourselves in their appearance & cleanliness. And fully equipped for purpose.
New carpets, curtains, mattresses & covers,feather pillows x 2 on each bed 15 tog quilts and lighting etc. It has a 30in flat screen .
hairdryer,Travel cot with basenette,highchair,baby bath and pram provided.Wii console, dvd player and cd player, board games and buckets and spade dog dishes,
. So we can look after them, unlike others that has many more. We can give it that love & attention that you require & expect. The caravans for rent all are large 8 berth with 3 bedrooms. Large living area, dining area, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave , toaster, kettle, and all your utensils. With a Double bedroom, and 2 single bedrooms with 2 single beds in each these can be made into doubles. toilet and shower room.
The Caravan is situated on the quiet part of kingfisher Caravan Site. And . Walking to the local shop will take you 5 mins. The shop has everything you would need, milk, bread, frozen foods, tea,coffee,News papers, are delivered on a day to day basis. The caravan has been passed by Kingfisher as completely safe . And holiday makers can be assured that it is up to a very high standard.
Parking area's outside the doors of the caravans, But more than two car, must park in parking bay on the road
FANTASY ISLAND THEME PARK
You are never to far from Fantasy Island Funfair You can see it from the caravans. There is,also a open air Market. Open 7 days a week throughout the season. Beaches, Shops, Café’s, & Clubs, Pubs, Bars and small indoor markets, You will need a Gate Card needed for exit/entrance for vehicles only.
