Description

Situated in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, this well appointed 3 bedroom caravan has everything you need for a memorable holiday.

On arrival at the caravan, a few steps take you on to the raised veranda, where you will find a table and garden chairs. The front door gives access to the open plan living space which provides a well equipped kitchen and a dining/living area with ample seating. A Smart TV allows you access to your Netflix account, iPlayer and other streaming apps. WIFI is included in the price.

The double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, shelves and mirrors with quality bed linen provided. Towels are supplied for daily use but please bring your own towels for the beach.

The accommodation includes a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin plus a separate WC. A high chair and bed guard are available on request.

Gas and electricity are included in the price. All rooms have central heating.

Games, books and local tourist information will be found in the caravan.

Contactless entry system with a key safe is in operation.

Set at the heart of the park, Edina is only a few minutes away from Shell Bay’s sand dunes and sweeping beach. All park amenities are a short stroll away, with shop, bar, restaurant and café on site. Weekend entertainment is provided during the summer months. The galleon ship and play park provide fun for the children.

Elie is 5 minutes away and St Andrew’s 30 minutes.

Lovely caravan exceeded expectations owner was very helpful we had issue with Wi-Fi which could not be resolved which was a let down as wife had planned to do some work on final day but had to return home due to this but didn’t spoil the two days we spent in a lovely caravan . Also nice touches of bread and milk on arrival

Great site if you know the area it’s a good base for getting around. The caravan we stayed in was excellent. Clean, great layout and all the crockery etc was really good quality. The bar and entertainment was good. Food in restaurant was nice but had a few long waits.

Christine has decorated and equipped the caravan exceptionally well. The surprise our 3year d grandson got when he saw his dinosaur duvet bed - little things mea so much. Wouldn't hesitate to return

Sorry for the lack of WiFi in the caravan during your visit. There was a fault and all of the site was without WiFi.

The caravan was beautifully furnished with modern, stylish and comfortable linens and soft furnishings. It was cosy, relaxing and SPOTLESSLY clean. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need. There was good communication from the owner in the lead up to our holiday and she kindly left us a very thoughtful welcome pack. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect break in Christine’s caravan. Accommodation extremely comfortable and very well kitted out with towels and all the basics provided with the added bonus of a welcome hamper containing goodies to get you started. Caravan was well located on the site which was busy busy but noise levels quiet and relaxing. Everything spotless and will definitely be booking with Christine again - she answered all my questions very promptly. Highly recommended.
