(Late Check out or early check in is available at £10 per hour please inform me 48 hours before so I can notify the cleaning team.
GETTING IN // YOUR CODE
To be super safe at this moment in time we have a lock supplied at the caravan which holds the key.
We will give you the code to the key box and this holds one set of keys.
Please keep keys in key box as the fee is £65 for a replacement.
The code changes after each stay.
PERSONAL DETAILS //
Haven requires every guest on site to be accounted and they will check in all guest at the main gate.

- contact phone number of lead guest
Due to covid all visitors including children need to be registered.
Your parking / registration pass to gain entry will be sent to you via the email provided, once you have provided all the above information. You don’t need to print this off just show it on your phone.
BEDDING //
Clean fresh bedding will be provided and beds made. If you require bedding to be left for the sofa bed please inform us at lease 1 week before your arrival so we can notify our laundry team to leave extra sheets.
THINGS TO BRING //
As it’s self catering you might be a newbie or a pro so here’s a little check list of items you will need.

Holidays are stressful enough so we have tried to take some of the hassle out by providing some extras that we know others charge for. You will find for your use.

This will all be checked on checkout so please let me know immediately if anything is missing on arrival or it will be deducted from deposit.
Books , DVD’s and Games are Perfect for a rainy day. We have kept this on the top shelf Above the TV and just ask that little ones are supervised so they can be used by the next guest.
We ask all guests to leave a loo roll for the next guest so please pay it forward and leave one for the next guest when you leave.
Also for hygiene please don’t leave any food and empty the fridge / freezer when you leave.
SHOPPING //
The van is situated next to the mini mart, laundrette and takeaway services. Very convenient location for any bits you need literally a 1 min walk.
There’s also a Lidl and other supermarkets nearby for your shopping needs.

HAVEN FUN PASSES // STAY & PLAY
During your stay you can opt in to buy a haven fun passes. The fun pass is available direct from haven and we have to notify them if you require one, this will give you access to the entertainment facilities, swimming and club entertainment. You do not need this pass to use anything outside. Your holiday your choice. Prices can be found here.

Covid 19 //
Haven & Owners are running as ‘hideaway only’ for the time being this means services are limited. Due to the current situation the inside arcade, swimming pool and club are open subject to availability and you can go to reception to book activities, this might change on a daily basis. They will be reopening these full time gradually but it’s best to say there not open to avoid any disappointment.
The rest of the site is open and has great access to the beach and fishing lakes. A 10 minute stroll into mablethorpe or a 5 min car journey you will be surrounded by arcades and shops on the beach front.

BBQ//
BBQs are allowed on site and on the beach.
Please ensure you dispose of BBQ correctly and clean.
Close all windows and doors and BBQ away from the van to avoid van damage and alarms going off as a call out will be charged. £80
