Our beautiful 3 bedroom caravan, with one en-suite double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms. The living spaces are both comfortable and spacious, with plenty of outside space to enjoy al fresco dining and hopefully sunbathing! There is parking for two cars, and being the corner plot next to a water feature it benefits from a larger than usual outside space. There is an extra double Sofa bed in the living room, meaning that up to 8 guests can enjoy the facilities.

The Lakeland park offer a wealth of activities whatever the weather and our caravan is well positioned only five mins walk away from all the main central hub. However, it's far enough away not to be disturbed by all the fun being had! Grange- over - Sands itself is a charming town to meander through, but the beauty of the Lake District is that there are so many wonderful places to visit and experiences to be had.

We can provide bedding at an extra charge of £40.00 or you're welcome to bring your own- please let us know in good time if you require this service. Please provide your own towels.
