been newly decorated to a high standard caravan sleeps 6 with 8 ft decking out front with a bistro table and chairs and large corner rattan sofa where you can sit and enjoy watching the sunset We are a 4 minute walk to all amenities.


Our holiday home has double glazing with full central heating throughout.

The open plan living area/dining room comprises of a 2 swivel armchairs and a large 2 seater sofa with a pull out bed .
Dinning table that seats 4 with additional coffee table with stools.

A large family bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

1st bedroom 1 x large double bedroom with wardrobe big enough for travel cot ensuite WC and wash basin .

2 nd bedroom 2 x single bed rooms with wardrobe

3rd bedroom 2 x single bed rooms with wardrobe

1x pull out double bed in living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped home from home with a full-size gas cooker, microwave, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cups, plates, cutlery etc and dishwasher.

There is a launderette located on the site washing machine and tumble dryer.

Prices do NOT include park passes but we can request these upon booking you can then book activities now 3 months in advance once paid in full .

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking via bank transfer (no fees) or book online via card £50 deposit (plus fees). All adults over the age of 18 will be required to provide photo ID for bookings to be accepted along with utility bill from main hirer send via email.

The full balance is due seven weeks prior to the start of your holiday, if you book less than 7 weeks then full payment and the security bond will be required at time of booking.

A security bond of £100 will be required to be paid with your final payment to cover any damage, which is refundable after inspection of the caravan following your departure.

Should you need to cancel your stay at any time, please note that your £150 deposit will be non-refundable.

(Bed linen and towels are not provided) so please bring your own .


All rubbish is to be disposed of securely in a tied-up bag in the bin sheds located close to the caravan and not to be left lying around the caravan inside or out during your stay and after your departure.

We ask you leave our holiday home clean and tidy how you found it for the next guests, washing up to be done and put away, if not then this will impact on your security bond.

No smoking ???? is permitted inside or near the caravan.

Please note failure to not follow above important information will result in loss of your security bond and additional charges may become due. Booking form to be signed and returned along with payment to secure date, no dates are held without both being received.
