Pretty electric fire, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, double sofabed in lounge, diner within kitchen. Wall mounted TV with built in DVD player and Amazon Fire stick with Netflix. Complimentary wifi within the holiday home. Lovely planted patio area with BBQ and dining table and 6 chairs. Included for free: High chair, booster seat, bed guard, travel cot. Complimentary tea and coffee, pasta and sauce, free welcome teddies for the under 8s. Just ask if there is anything you need.

Description

Rockley Park offers a variety of things to do for you and the family, from the Watersports Centre, to Crazy Golf followed by lunch at the Harbourside Restaurant. The park has indoor and outdoor pools and amazing entertainment line-ups day and night. The list goes on!

The Space
Your holiday home lounge dining area is bright, cosy and restful. The interior is a complimentary mix of coastal blues, creams and turquoise to make you feel relaxed on your break. The coastal textures of cushions and rugs will give a sense of calmness. The kitchen has wood tones and clean cream units and comes fully equipped with an oven, grill, under counter fridge, under counter freezer and a microwave. All cutlery, glasses, plates, saucepans are included for you. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. The small but perfectly proportioned first bedroom is home to two single bunk-sized beds with their own overhead storage as well storage space under each bed. The main bedroom is home to a lovely small double bed with overhead storage, drawers and its own TV. The bathroom is a clean and tidy compact space with a WC, shower and sink. There is a lovely planted patio with a dining table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining.

Guest access
Walking is the main way to get around the park. With Rockley being a little smaller than other Haven sites, getting around with little ones should be a doddle.

Other things to note
We want you to feel like there isn't too much you'd need to bring with you because we know what its like to try and think of everything before you can relax! So we include as standard, all of your bedding and hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap. You will need to bring your own towels however. On your arrival you will find complimentary tea, coffee and sugar to get you started and if you arrive much later than planned and everything is closed, we have included a complimentary bundle of dried pasta and pasta sauce (not gluten free) to help with any late night hunger pangs.

For families with smaller children, we have the following available:
1 x folding high chair
1 x travel cot
1 x stair gate
2 x bed guards/rails
1 x booster seat.

Please note that this holiday homes backs on to a railway line, it bothers some guests and doesn't bother others, but we thought you should know.

Our kitchen also stocks a hand blender for those tiny ones still weaning and a microwave.
There is a minimart on site in the main complex.

To enjoy the activities, entertainment and facilities in the park itself, simply buy a 'Stay + Play pass' from Reception for any members of your party who are over 2 years old. You can choose from a 1,3 or 7-day pass per person.

NOTE information correct at time of writing please revert to the Park reception team for full details. Passes are subject to availability dependant on time of year. Summer season is very busy! You do not need a stay + play pass to enjoy the restaurants, bars and children's play parks.

We really hope you enjoy your stay at 23 The Oaks and below you with find attached a site map and directions to your holiday home.

Vehicle Registration request

Please could you confirm your car(s) registration numbers by return as soon as possible so that we can inform security when you arrive, as this will ensure a super speedy check in. Please let the Security team know that you are staying at '23 The Oaks' and they will let you through.

Parking

There is space for 1 car at your holiday home '23 The Oaks' and there is also parking in the car park by reception ( you'll pass this on your way through )

Key Box

There is a key box to the right of the door and the code is allocated when booking confirmation is made - we ask that you please scramble the numbers once you have your key. (A lost key is subject to a £20 charge so please do look after it! )

Heating

If it's chilly when you arrive you can instantly warm your holiday home by pressing the BLUE button on the wall by the dining table and the electric fire will also get you warm in no time too.

WIFI

You have complimentary WIFI in your holiday home and you'll find details of the network and password by the router which is located on the corner unit in the lounge. Note: given the layout of the park and weather conditions, sometimes mobile data is better on your mobile phone than WIFI and vice versa, hence the WIFI being complimentary.

Kitchen

We've included complimentary Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk, Salt and Pepper, Olive oil and a 'just in case pasta sauce and pasta' in the event everything is closed when you arrive. You also have a range of cleaning products available to you which are stored in the cupboard next to the gas cooker and you'll also find a vacuum, mini vacuum and sweeping brush in the small white cupboard near the front door. The larger cupboard houses the boiler should you need access to it.
Bedding for the sofa bed is inside the the chaise part of the sofa- just lift the top long cushion.

Pets

We love our furry friends and we know that snuggling is important especially on the sofa. We don't mind at all but we ask that as a courtesy to the next guests you use the dog blanket provided for use on the sofa. You'll find that blanket inside of the corner unit. Dog bowls are also provided under the sink.

Facilities at the Park

There is a Mini mart and Cash point in the main complex, a sports Bar, Restaurants, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, Crazy golf and much more. The beach and Watersports are only an 8 minute walk from your holiday home. If you'd like Play + Stay passes, they can be purchased separately from Reception. You do not need passes to enjoy the play parks, beach and restaurants.

Cleaning and Covid

Your holiday home is cleaned to the highest standard with our team spending longer on cleaning to ensure we are as Covid compliant as we possibly can be. But if you do find any issues please contact us as soon as possible so that we may rectify without delay.
