TERMS & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ PRIOR TO MAKING ANY BOOKINGS:
•No bookings are available for parties of young people, Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are 25 years of age and above, no same sex group bookings. (THIS IS A COUPLES AND/OR FAMILIES ONLY CARAVAN HIRE)
• ANY DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION (if you require a date change we will do our best to accommodate this) HOWEVER IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND DEPOSITS.
• THERE IS A £100 SECURITY BOND/DEPOSIT TO BE PAID BEFORE HIRING OUT OUR CARAVAN, THIS ACTS AS A SECURITY BOND AND IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF THE HIRE, FOLLOWING INSPECTION OF THE CARAVAN. As the owners we reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and/ or bill the hirer for the additional costs of: 1. Replacing or repairing any damage 2. All breakages 3. Charges for cleaning the caravan, removing stains or replacing as new.
ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGES AND STAINS WITHIN THE CARAVAN MUST BE PAID FOR! YOU MUST CONTACT THE OWNERS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ARRIVAL OF ANY DEFECTS OR BREAKAGES THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY ENCOUNTERED BEFORE YOU ARRIVED AT THE CARAVAN. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU, THE HIRER BEING RESPONSIBLE.
• In the event of a cancellation the hirer must confirm this in writing (deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation)
• No refund can be made to the hirer whose hiring has started and has to vacate the caravan for any reason.
• Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owners discretion and subject to the timeframe remaining for the holiday and replacement booking being obtained.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all the persons staying at the caravan (NO LATE NIGHT PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC ETC)
• The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan when required by the owners, and their staff.
• The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without obligation or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their own discretion (no questions asked!)
• The caravan maybe occupied from 2pm onwards on the first day of hiring and must be vacated by 10 am on the last date of your holiday (this is due to having cleaners in to get ready for next guests)
• Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan and STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED , please respect that children or individuals with health issues maybe staying in the caravan after you.
• The caravan is to be left clean and tidy, ready for inspection and thorough cleaning by staff, if not this could incur a charge.
• Holiday park owners and their staff DO NOT accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirers property and possessions, accidents, illnesses or diseases arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park.
• No prams or buggies to be left open or used in the caravan as this has been known to damage doors and fittings IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE CARAVAN/HOLIDAY PARK BY THE PARK OWNERS OR THEIR STAFF FOR ANY REASON THE CARAVAN OWNERS SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONIES PAID!
Once we have received your deposit YOU the hirer have agreed to the full terms and conditions as above, as applicable at the time of you booking. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English Law. ...Show less
