Just returned from a 5 day break at Flamingoland. Myself and my sister took 3 of my grandchildren ages 10, 10 & 7. The caravan was lovely and clean and spacious. Very close to the swimming pool and not too far away from the park. Will definitely book again. Thank you Anna xx

Never been to flamingo land before but had lots of caravan holidays before. This caravan was really spacious, lovely fresh bed linen and spotlessly clean. Even the outdoor furniture was clean. I was so impressed with the caravan that iv booked to return. The contact with the owner was great and any questions I had were answered fully and quickly.

We had Lovely stay Very clean caravan Only a short walk to the swimming baths and a couple of minutes walk to the theme park. Excellent communication with the owners. We would stay again and Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Terms and Conditions

A non refundable booking fee of £75 secures a booking. This is non refundable in any circumstance.

The caravan is equipped with TV’s, fridge/ Freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, pots/pans and cutlery glasses cups.

If any item breaks we will do our best to repair or replace them, but can not be held responsible for any loss caused.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided but bed linen isn’t.

Any mattress protectors, quilts or pillows that are marked or damaged due to not using linen will result in loss of all bond so they can be replaced.

To book, we will need a lead name and contact details along with all names and ages of all guests.

The lead name will be responsible for all guests and guarantee that the caravan is only used by persons named on the booking form, as any one found staying that is NOT on the booking form, will result in the party being evicted.

NO single sex groups or Groups under the age of 25 unless a family booking.

The caravans sleep up to 6 people (+ an under 2year old). Any changes to the booking will be charged at the rate of £10 per person, and will cost £15 to add any extra guests on the booking.

On arrival at Flamingo land, the booking office will be expecting you. You WILL be required to purchase Flamingo land unlimited wrist bands. The wrist bands are compulsory and you will NOT be allowed access to Flamingo land resort without these.

You will need to give your surname of the booking and the caravan number you are booked into.

All caravans are strictly NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

Check in to the caravan is 1600hrs. But you can arrive at Flamingo land booking office and purchase your wrists bands from 10am and have full use of the theme park until your caravan is ready.

You will receive a text message on the mobile number you provide on your booking with the code for the key safe as soon as your caravan is ready. Whilst you have the key for the caravan this is your responsibility. Any loss will result in the loss of your bond as the caravan locks will need to be changed.

Check out is 10am on the day of your departure.

The balance of your stay must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. A security bond of £100 is also required on top of this. If full balance is not paid then the payments made will be lost.

The £100 bond will be refunded with in 7 days off your departure as long as no theft or damage has occurred during your stay.

If J&J caravan hire has to cancel your booking for any reason. You will be refunded in full.

As owners we do not and can not accept any liability for damage to cars, personal items or injury. We suggest you take holiday insurance to cover you.

Please treat our caravans and facilities with respect. The caravan will be inspected upon your departure. Any theft or damage will incur charges.
