Term and Conditions:
- You will be required to provide your own mattress covers (fitted Sheets), quilt covers and duvet covers. (Unless bedding has been booked)
- All caravans are STRICTLY NO SMOKING,
- STRICTLY NO BBQ
- Pet Friendly Vans - Well behaved dogs allowed depending on size and breed. All dog mess must be cleaned by guests and disposed of.
- Our license agreement with Parkdean states we are unable to rent to SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE: NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES!!!!! No groups of adults under the age of 21 are able to book as this is a family holiday park.
- We ask for the caravans to be left clean and tidy and all cleaning materials are provided. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bins and not left outside the caravan on your departure.
- The fridge and cupboards must be emptied of all food.
- Any damage to the caravan occurs you will be liable to pay the damages. as you are responsible for the caravan at time of rental. Any UNREASONABLE MESS left my guests or EVIDENCE OF SMOKING inside the caravan a fee of £75 for deep cleaning will be enforced. (You are agreeing to this at time of booking).
- Any damages or breakages are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as you are responsible for the caravan when you stay. Included in this are broken slats to beds, and soiled mattresses. You will be charged for any damage that occurs and payment must be made within 7 working days. (You agree to this at time of booking).
- Your non-refundable Deposit secures the date, and is deducted off the balance, and balances must be paid 2 weeks prior to your holiday.
- If you have booked and you require to cancel the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival date, then full payment is required.
- Passes for use of Showdome & swimming pool can be purchased at owner’s elite office at the entrance to the park.
- Check in times is from 4pm and departure time is 10am. All caravans have key safes for access, and you will receive confirmation with the key code 24hrs before your arrival, together with directions once on park to the caravan you are staying in. There is no need to queue in reception you can go straight to the caravan.
