This beautiful bedroom holiday home is sited in a fabulous location, on a premium pitch at the super family run Harlyn Sands Caravan site at Harlyn Bay, just 3 miles from the seaside town of Padstow.

An easy 5 minute walk down through the site’s private access takes you to stunning sandy beaches and breath taking coastal walks. The site is also known for the saying '7 bays for 7 days' as either a short walk or a short drive away there's another sandy beach for you to explore and the kids to enjoy. A different bay each day!

Surrounded by seven spectacular sandy bays , all within a ten minute drive from the site and a choice of five different beaches within walking distance from the site, makes our location an absolute surfers paradise!

Harlyn Bay, being the nearest, is a safe, sandy family beach, where the surf school offers lessons and hire for surfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. There is also a super 18 hole golf course just two minutes drive away and tennis courts!

Our beautiful holiday caravan is super clean and recently refurbished and reupholstered in a fresh and fun style throughout. It is situated in a quiet, more private area of the site away from the road and entertainment areas.

There is one double and twin beds, which can convert to a double if required and a sofa bed if sleeping up to six guests.

There is a comfortable reupholstered corner sofa in the light and airy, spacious lounge, with gas fire and a DVD player, digital TV and games console. There are blinds on all of the windows, and black out blinds in each bedroom.

There is a dining table with 6 chairs in the dining area just off the fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a shower room and a toilet.

Outside is a large, grassed, well maintained garden area to the side of the caravan provides a lovely space for family gatherings, barbecues and sunbathing offering a good degree of privacy. Table and chairs are provided and there is a BBQ to use as ,well as a rotary clothes dryer and lockable store in the garden area.

Duvets, pillows (x 2 each bed) and mattress protectors are all provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels.

Beds can be made up prior to your arrival with linens hired on request, at an additional cost of £25 per set .Please request at time of booking.

Online deliveries from supermarkets are welcome on site. The nearest supermarket is Tesco, which is located in Wadebridge. Please be aware that the fridge is under the counter sized and does not have a freezer section.

A security deposit of £300.00 per week is required at time of booking which will be returned after departure when the caravan has been inspected and no damages found and the key returned. This is non refundable if you cancel the booking.

Full payment of the balance is required six weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
