Available for holiday letting this 2 bedroomed, 6 berths Holiday Home is comfortable, clean, and centrally located. It features gas central heating throughout, double glazing, and is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher for your safety.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with linen, duvet, and pillows as well as an en-suite toilet and washbasin. There is plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings if you need them. The bedroom also has a small smart TV with Freeview and regular channels for your entertainment.
The second bedroom has two single-sized beds with linen, duvet, and pillows as well as ample storage space for your clothes and belongings.
The hallway has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Apart from the two bedrooms, the lounge has a pull-out double bed with a sprung mattress and slatted bed which can sleep up to two persons if so needed. There are two pillows and a duvet available for this bed, however, linen is not available for it at the moment and the guests are requested to bring their own if they will be using this bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances including a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an integrated fridge-freezer, a gas hob and oven, pots and pans, crockery, and cutlery if you would like to cook during your stay. The kitchen is open plan and has plenty of storage and worktop space.
The spacious, open-plan lounge has a three-seater, two-seater, and one-seater sofa with a footrest cushion, an electric fireplace, 32-inch smart television with Freeview, and regular channels. There is also a DVD player, board games, books, local guides and booklets, and children’s DVDs for your entertainment. The home also has a fast WIFI connection free of charge for the guests.
Outside the holiday home is a decked area with a small table and four garden chairs if you ever want to catch some sun or relax. There is also a Kettle Charcoal BBQ suitable for 4-6 people. The decked area has a panoramic view of the park as well as the view of the popular steam train when it passes across.
The holiday park's facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, Smugglers inn pub, for food and drink as well as entertainment. There is also a kids club and kids play area, a launderette, and a small shop.
There are buses to Torquay and Paignton Town centre every 10 - 12 minutes from the main road above the Holiday Park. Paignton is around a 10-minute ride while Torquay is about 20=25 minutes. There are many restaurants and shops around Paignton including Indian and Chinese as well as a multiplex cinema.
The Paignton - Kingswear Steam Train passes over the Holiday Park bridge many times a day during the season. The park is a walking distance to the 3 beaches including Goodrington Beach. The South West Coastal Path passes the Park, alongside the Steam Railway track.

There is an extra £75 security deposit to pay with your booking which is refunded once the caravan is inspected after your departure and there is not any damage evident.

The outdoor pool, entertainment complex and The Smuggler's Inn have no longer been available since the end of 2022. In their place, a new indoor pool and restaurant facility are currently being constructed and are expected to be open for the 2023 summer season, with an anticipated opening date in May 2023.
It's important to note that once the new pool complex is open, the Park is expected to charge for access passes, similar to the old outdoor pool and entertainment complex. However, there are no details available at this time from Park Management regarding the pricing for these passes. As a guide, the previous access passes for the old pool complex were priced at the following rates:
During Peak Times: For 3 or 4 nights, the cost was £12.50 for adults and £10.00 for children. For 7 nights, the cost was £20.00 for adults and £17.50 for children.
During Off-Peak Times: For 3 or 4 nights, the cost was £7.50 for adults and £6.50 for children. For 7 nights, the cost was £12.50 for adults and £7.50 for children.
It's worth noting that these prices included access to the entertainment facilities, which are not being replaced. Therefore, it's unlikely that the prices for the new pool complex access passes will be significantly higher.
