Our family caravan occupies a lovely position in the peaceful area of Kensington on the Holiday Park. There is a lovely spacious green area to the rear, with trees and a large fence which gives a very private feel. Only five minutes' walk to the park’s main complex facilities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools (subject to seasonal opening), amusements, restaurant/bar, entertainment complex and laundrette. Wi-Fi is available throughout the park (at a charge) or free in the leisure complex and reception area.

The caravan sleeps up to eight. As you enter the caravan there is open plan kitchen/diner that adjoins a very comfortable and modern lounge area. There is a fully fitted kitchen, including a family-sized fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, plenty of storage space and all the utensils you may need. The lounge has a corner sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for 2. There is also a comfortable chair, TV, Blu-ray player and a cupboard with a selection of Blu-Rays, DVD’s and children's' games. Down the corridor there is a family toilet/shower room with a large power shower. The first bedroom is a double, the second a twin and the third is the master bedroom with en-suite toilet. All rooms have plenty of built-in storage. An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also provided.

Outside the caravan there is a tarmac drive with space for 2 cars. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a rotary clothes line. Plenty of space for children to play on the grass and the duck pond is just across the road, you will often have visitors looking for crumbs!

Hunstanton north beach is a short 10-minute walk. Here you will find the main promenade which is packed with activities for all the family. You’ll find the Sea Life Centre, Oasis Leisure Centre and crazy golf. Many amusement arcades, ten pin bowling and a seasonal fun fair. There are also plenty of good pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and takeaways. A large Tesco and a family-friendly pub are also just outside the park gates with a Lidl and Sainsbury’s less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Hunstanton is the gateway to the beautiful North Norfolk coast with plenty of areas of interest. Nearby places to visit include the stunning Royal Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall Estate, Brancaster beach, Wells-next-the-Sea, Blakeney Point, Sheringham and Cromer.

Manor Park is an award-winning site with lots to do for all different ages. There is a packed program of entertainment for all. Entertainment passes are available to purchase at the main reception. I would advise contacting in advance of your stay on Tel: 0330 123 4962. Passes can be purchased on the day of arrival from the main reception.

Pillows and duvets are provided as standard. Bed linen can be provided on request for an additional charge of £40. We do request our guests bring their own towels.
