Introducing our NEW private guest Play Pass process
We've taken on board your feedback and have been working on a way to make it easier for your private letting guests to enjoy all the park has to offer. We are pleased to announce that at Haggerston Castle private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online in advance and have the ability to book swimming sessions and activities before they arrive.

Who can purchase a Play Pass online
Private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online if:

their arrival has been registered by yourself, the owner, on owners.haven.com
the arrival date is between now to the end of the 2022 season
the date and duration matches a Haven holiday (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 and Saturday for 7 nights)
Today, we will email all private letting guests that have already been registered, letting them know Play Passes can now be purchased.

Private letting guests you register in the future will be provided the information about how to purchase a Play Pass within the registration email.

What does a Play Pass include.
Access to pre-book free and paid activities for all ages
Access to swimming pools
Access to all entertainment and arcades

How it works
The window for purchasing Play Passes and booking swimming sessions, activities and restaurant reservations opens 4 weeks before the day of arrival. For example, a guest arriving Friday 6 May can book from Friday 8 April.

Play Passes can be purchased from 4 weeks before arrival at haven.com/play-pass​ and up until the day of arrival.

As soon as the Play Pass has been purchased, the private letting guest can visit haven.com/experience to book swimming sessions, activities and restaurant reservations.

If your private letting guest wishes to purchase Play Passes when they get to park, they can do so, and the same price will apply. Play Passes for any duration or arrival dates that do not coincide with a Haven holiday must be purchased on park. ​

If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. The guest will not be given a refund if they no longer require the passes.

Swimming sessions
Your guests can book up to 14 swim sessions for their break in advance. Booking opens 4 weeks before their arrival date.

Fun-filled activities
Free activities and the ones the guest needs to pay a little extra for can be booked 4 weeks before their arrival date.

Restaurant
Your guests can either turn up and wait to be seated or they can pre-book a table up to 4 weeks before their arrival date.

Entertainment
Our entertainments venue is free-flow, with a valid Play Pass. The full entertainment schedule can be viewed online.
