Come and stay in our brand new 2022 static holiday home in the beautiful town of well-next-the-sea - Enjoy the stunning beach, walks, pubs and all the lovely local shops.

Located in the perfect position just a short walk from the soft sandy beach, our holiday home has everything to make your stay comfortable and cool.

With a huge south-facing deck you can while away the hours with a glass of wine and a great book.

Inside, the space is super sociable, with an expansive open plan area so you can cook, eat and chill together as the sun pours through the floor to ceiling patio doors.

What a fabulous place!! All round. Clean and spacious. The weather was glorious during the day so my Cousin, my dog and I made good use of the large decking area and then when it got nippy we sat indoors with the heating on! Good communication with Scott throughout. Certainly planning on coming back later in the year as I had to almost drag poor Splodger away from what he'd decided was his new home!

Absolutely stunning weekend. The caravan was immaculate and in a perfect location on the site. Just a minutes walk to the little shop and 10 minutes (if that!) to the beach. Honestly we’ve had the most lovely weekend as will definitely be returning. The caravan was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, well presented and a real home from home feel. Thank you for having us x

We have had a fantastic stay, the carvan is lovely, spacious and very well kept. One of the best we have stayed in! The site itself is a great location, very clean and tidy. Great communication from the owners from start to finish. We will definitely be back, highly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous, well equipped new caravan. Great position close to beech and shop. Very comfortable. Very clean. Easy communication with Scott. Loved every minute of our long weekend. Will definitely be back in may and September 2023

Amazing van! Best time had all round. So clean and tidy, plenty of room for us and our pooch. So close to the beach and more things in the town than we expected...only regret is not booking for longer. Will definitely come back! Thanks Scott!

There was good communication with Scott, lovely well equipped caravan, we found it very clean and in a good part of the park. Very dog friendly place . Me and my friend and one dog would love to go back and stay again . Highly recommend it to anyone.
