Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Pine Ridge area at Primrose Valley and has private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 2-3 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. This caravan also overlooks the swimming pool.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a large fixed seating area, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. The dining table seats 4. This caravan comes with free wi-fi.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and along with a double sofa bed, sleeps 8 guests in total. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a toilet, shower and wash basin in the bathroom, with a second toilet and wash basin en-suite to the master bedroom.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
