Description

Location: This holiday home is located on the Rose Bank area at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Rose Bank is central on the park, has lovely sea views in the background, around a 4-5 minute walk to either Lakeside or FunWorks and a 2-3 minute walk to the SeaBirds beach path. The pitch has private parking.

Outside Area: The front decking is enclosed and has a small bistro dining set. There is also a separate side decking which is how you gain access to the caravan, this has a gate making it secure.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area. The lounge has a large corner sofa, a 40’ wall mounted TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer with water dispenser. There is a dining table seating 4. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and along with the double sofa bed, it sleeps 8 guests in total. Master bedroom has its own TV. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

Easy to website with easy payment option caravan was very clean and modern with everything you needed for a great stay at primrose valley will definitely use this website again and definitely book this caravan again

We have just returned back from Rose Bank E10 and would highly recommend this property. The caravan was immaculate on arrival and the facilities included were all of high standard. The booking process was straight forward and the owner was in contact with any information we required or to answer any questions we had. We would not hesitate in returning to this caravan or any of the other properties listed on the owners website. The area was ideal, not far from facilities, beach etc. Thank you once again and we look forward to returning in the near future.
