Hi I’m Sharon . Welcome to our holiday homes. Wether its a two bedroom with lake view and a bath or a three bedroom with large decking great for families , we have something to suit everyone. The caravans are minutes from the main complex so easy to access all the facilities . I hope you have an enjoyable stay and start making memories from the minute you arrive. Our Caravan consists of :-

Open plan lounge and dining area with 43" Smart TV , DVD Player with selection of DVDs

Electric Fire with remote control

Kitchen with Fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob, including everything you will need for a self catering stay

1 Double bedroom & 2 Twin bedrooms

1 Family bathroom with shower and additional toilet

Wi-fi is included (Code will be given with arrival info)

Large side decking area with decking furniture and dining area

Gas central heating and double glazing

Bedding and towels are included in the cost of rental

Travel Cot and High Chair available on request

Selection of children’s games and books.

We ask that no scooters/bikes/hoverboards are used on the decking area as these leave stubborn black marks that will only come off if professionally cleaned. No BBQ’s on the decking area as this can be very dangerous.

A key box is fitted for key collection so you can start your holiday without queues .

Check in to caravan will be from 3pm onwards and check out by 10am on the day of departure

*Please note all holidays sold are self catering accommodation only and play passes must be bought directly from haven at reception on arrival, Subject to availability*

***NO SMOKING IN CARAVAN OR DECKING AREA, NO PETS OR STAG AND HEN PARTIES***

A non refundable deposit of £75 is due at the time of booking to secure your dates
Full balance is due 6 weeks before arrival, If you fail to pay the balance we reserve the right to re-hire the caravan and your deposit will be lost

If booking within 6 weeks of arrival full payment must be paid.
A £75 security bond is paid over and above the cost of your holiday, this is refunded within 7 days of departure once the caravan has been checked and there has been no damage.

Really lovely modern and cosy van. Excellent location for the main complex. Very clean and with everything you need. We had a wonderful time, my daughter thoroughly loved it, especially being able to get onto the decked area. Excellent communication with Sharon and Michael who were brilliant throughout.

Thank you so much for letting us hire the caravan for the 4 nights, wish we booked longer! Haggerston is exactly how I remember it as a child but much bigger. Our eldest loved all the activities! This time she did aerial adventure, pony club, the jump, go karting, lots of swimming and golfing with her dad. The caravan itself was really nice, spotlessly clean, well equipped and a perfect location for our 12yo to go back and fore to the arcade or swimming when she wanted. This was our first little holiday with our 15 week old twin girls, so we got use of the travel cot and my husband was amazed that it had the bassinet insert so he didnt have to break his back lifting them in and out haha. The girls were obsessed with the story books that are in the caravan and each morning would lie babbling at the pictures in them. We never got to use the cute decking area as it was a bit chilly for them, however I imagine we would make the use of it in summer for sure! Thank you so much for letting us stay x

Amazing from start to finish. Perfect location, lovely outdoor area and spotless on the inside. Ideal layout for a family with young children as there is lots of space to play. Plus kids toilet and adult toilet is always a bonus haha! Loved it, we will be back ????

Stayed here Fri-Mon and had a great time. Had absolutely everything you need for your stay, tea coffee, washing up items kitchen/toilet roll etc. Very clean and there is fresh linen. Location is excellent for using the facilities. Would recommend.

Would definitely recommend anybody booking to stay here .. its really close to the facilities... the caravan its self was very clean .and a good size living room . .. comes with a TV and dvd player along with dvds ... good size decking area for the kids to play with great seating ... brilliant stay ...Will definitely be booking again ????????

We had a great time. The caravan was beautiful with plenty room to chill on the decking. We sat outside most of the weekend as the weather was good. The position of the caravan was ideal as it was just across the road from the complex and the lake . This was great for the kids as they loved the soft play area and the swimming pool. We will definitely be back again later this year

A well equipped, comfortable caravan with plenty of room for 4 adults. Great location for park facilities and a good base to explore the Northumberland coast from. Very helpful owner. Overall a great stay, good value for money.

We stayed for a short break. Caravan was beautiful. Well stocked with crockery and glasses. Beds were really comfy. There is everything there you need for a family holiday. It is also in a great lication for the park and the main area. We are hopefully going back soon
