Kitchen has all facilities needed. Including double oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Living room has 2 comfortable big sofas. (One being a sofa bed)

DVD player. (A cupboard full of DVDs or you can bring your own)
2 good size twin bedrooms and a large double room
All bedding is included
Towels are not (so please bring your own)
Hoover/iron/ironing board supplied.
Mains gas so no worries if gas bottles running out.
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety.
Outside small decked area with 2 rattan reclining chairs on the front deck. Which over looks the RAF Conningsby flight path. So you can watch the typhoons take off and land daily.
Side deck has rattan table and chairs/ storage box and a sunken hot tub, complete with decking lights.
We aim to hire out our holiday home to a very high standard and expect anyone hiring it to treat it with the same respect and leave it as you found it.
