Here’s some information you need to know prior To booking a caravan with Sycamore 65 @Trecco Bay

I offer privately owned caravan for rent at Trecco Bay Holiday Park. Porthcawl.

All our prices quoted include gas, electric and fresh clean bed linen and the hire of the caravan,
due to current circumstances guests may like to bring their own bedding ,

Our terms + conditions
Our licence agreement with Parkdean states we are unable to rent to SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE: NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES!!!!! No under 21's.
Any one using contraband substances or, If any guests are found to be committing any illegal activity they will be escorted from the park and any monies paid will NOT be refunded.

We ask for the caravans to be left as you find them on arrival, clean and tidy. We have supplied all cleaning materials.
I have provided a privately owned caravan to you as a sign of good faith and expect you to adhere to the rules.
We ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bay and not left outside the caravan on your departure.

The fridge must be emptied all all food.

We have been fortunate that all our customers have treated the caravans like their own and haven't needed to keep any bonds... But if any damage to the caravan occurs or if police have been called for any disturbance, then you will be liable to pay the damages.. as you are responsible for the caravan at time of rental.
Any breach of our terms a d conditions results in forfeiting £50 bond.

This is a family privately owned caravan and we only rent it out In Order to help pay the very expensive ground rent charged by Parkdean ,
We don't provide passes
hence why our prices can be so competitive.
We ask all our customers to treat our caravans as if it was your own!!

Please leave the caravan clean and as you found it in arrival. If not your bond will be used to pay for a deep clean .

Any damages or breakages are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as you are responsible for the caravan when you stay.
Included in this are broken slats to beds, and soiled mattresses, holes in walls, nail varnish on soft furnishings etc

Your £50 booking fee SECURES YOUR STAY, it is taken off your final balance, any balances MUST be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

If you have booked a cancellation or a last minute deal and you are staying less than 4 weeks before full payment is required.

Passes for use of Showdome & swimming pool can be purchased at owners elite office at the entrance to the park, these are currently sold at £25 pp for a 7 night pass, or £15 per person for a 3 night pass - under 2s are FREE.
We have been told that access to the venues at this current time is limited, this is subject to change at parks discretion.

If you do not want to use the Showdome venue then there is no need to purchase passes as you can access the Splashpark, Park, Arcades, Coast Restaurant, Sports Bar etc without passes, and pay daily for swimming.

The maximum number of persons able to stay in the caravan are

EIGHT PEOPLE

Arrival times are 4pm and departure time is 10am, Unless arranged prior to arrival. We will contact you with directions to the park and the caravan you are staying in. There is no need to queue in reception you are able to go straight to the caravan. The keys are kept in a secure location and will be confirmed with you on the day of arrival.

If you wish to proceed with the booking then please advise how you wish to pay your booking fee of £100 also £100 Refunded bond supply your name, address, contact tel no. Email address and names of persons staying at caravan along with ages.
Only persons names supplied at time of booking will be allowed to stay at the caravan.
