Description

Our Modern, beautiful, family-owned ABI Roxbury Caravan on Larch Grove, Greenacres Holiday Park with parking for 2 cars. It is double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The caravan is on a corner plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic. Sliding patio doors open out onto a brand new composite wraparound decking (dog not included!) which looks out to views of the mountains, There is a decking seating area with steps down to a private south facing patio sun trap complete with its own palm trees!

The caravan is a very short walk from the fantastic Black Rock Sands beach, and is only a short walk to the main facilities where you will find the brand new Marina Bar, The Mash and Barrel pub, Papa John’s pizza, Cooks Fish and Chips, Millies Cookies, swimming pools, arcades, crazy golf and a supermarket.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin (can be pushed together to make doubles) it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

All beds in bedrooms have quilts and pillows provided. There is an additional drop-down bed in the lounge, but the quilt and pillows are not provided for this.

You will need to bring quilt covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets and towels for bathrooms and kitchen.

The main bathroom has a powerful shower, basin and toilet, and there is a separate toilet and basin.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker with oven, grill and 4 ring gas hob, full size integrated fridge / freezer, microwave, ample storage, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. Dining area has seating for 4 people.

The lounge has a 43inch LG 4K Smart TV, with Freeview, a huge L shaped sofa. There is unlimited WIFI available for a small charge. This is already paired up with the TV for smart apps.

Haven passes are needed to access the entertainment areas on park, and are not included; however, you can purchase these from Haven reception.

Access to the supermarket and chip shop, and Pub do not require passes.

Had a wonderful weekend in this caravan it is absolutely immaculate, beautiful and super cosy. The pictures do not do it justice! The location is perfect for the children to play safely and close to the beach too! Would 100% book again! Thanks ????

Caravan was lovely & spacious home from home.Caravan was in a cul de sac area so very safe from cars, spacious decking around the caravan especially chosen for us as we had 2 small dogs.Walking distance to black rock beach sands lovely clean area. I would recommend this caravan & the owner was very good with communication. I certainly would book this caravan again in the future

We go to Greenacres a lot, either through Haven or privately and I have to say this caravan is the best we’ve had, it is decorated so cosy with plenty of storage space throughout. This caravan has really comfy beds and the couch is lovely to sit and watch the big tv on at night. The decking was great and like an additional room when the door is open in the hot weather my girls sat outside colouring in for hours very happy. The caravan is only a short walk away from 2 gates to the beach and is quite a walk from the club but my girls had their scooters and love exploring all the roads and paths on them so it was fine. We paid £81 for passes for 1 adult and 3 children for 4 nights as it was peak week and I must have showed them 3 times just to get into the kids disco - fuming Haha - they have changed the club and no longer ask for passes after the shop so you can use the arcade, mash and barrel, soft play etc without them - might be worth a second thought if booking this caravan. Overall we had an amazing holiday and will definitely be looking to book this caravan again next year if its available, thanks so much xx

Great location. No through road for traffic and 1 minute walk to beach. Good size decking area and a good spacious caravan with all the amenities you require! Space for 2 cars and good storage space in the caravan! Only one improvement would be WI-FI
