Location: This holiday home is located on the Pine Ridge area at Reighton Sands.
Pine Ridge is a quiet area with sea views, around a 5 minute walk to Fun Works and a 2-3 minute walk to the beach path.

Living Area: A beautiful open plan living area with dining table kitchen including microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, oven with hob, Dishwasher, 50" Smart TV in living room and 40" smart TV in the main bedroom, free WI-FI. There is enough knifes forks spoons cups plates bowls within the caravan for up to 8 people plus a pet bowl for food and water, There is plenty of cupboard space. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket plus sweeping brush.

Heating: The caravan has electric heating and an electric fire.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms 1 double with separate toilet and 2 twin rooms, beds made up on arrival, lamps in bedrooms plus the sofa in living room has a pull out bed.

Bathroom: Toilet, shower and sink
En-suite in main bedroom: toilet and sink

Outside of the caravan there is large full wrap around decking with a table and chairs, plus a designated car parking space .

Electric car charging - there are charging points in the main car park on-site . Under no circumstances should you charge your car at the caravan anyone doing so will be asked to leave site and the security bond will not be refunded.

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3.30pm on your arrival date. On the side of the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10.30am on your departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are NOT included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

Caravan was very clean, had everything you need. Beds very comfortable and made up on arrival. On a good part of the site. We all thought the caravan was beautiful and well looked after. We will recommend this to our family.

Just returned from this lovely caravan. We are a couple with 2 small dogs. Good Communication with owners before arriving regarding our booking and on hand with any queries. Always replied very quickly. The caravan is in perfect location with lovely sea views. Nice and quiet. Very well equipped comfortable and cosy. The site is in great location to have days out. We loved our stay and would very happily recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break away. Perfect for our 2 little dogs too. Thankyou very much

A beautiful tidy caravan with excellent facilities. It was very dog friendly, as such the whole family had a lovely holiday. The caravan is sited with a beautiful view of the coast and conveniently but not directly situated close to the complex. Great communication with the owners too. Thank you for a brilliant stay.
