Our precious home has all you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. A fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 42'' Smart tv in a cosy lounge with electric fire place, 1 double, 1 twin room and sofa bed. Bedding and towels supplied as well as complementary tea and coffee.

Selsey town centre is just a couple of mins drive away. Chichester is within easy reach by public transport while Goodwood motor circuit and horse racing is a short drive. A popular nature reserve is also very close by.

After receiving your booking confirmation, we will submit it into the park booking system who will send you an email with a pass code to access the security barriers as well as a link sent seven days before arrival to purchase entertainment passes and book activities. Please note that many facilities are not available without entertainment passes and some activities require pre booking. More advice on pass prices can be given at the time of the booking as prices may vary according to length of stay and season.

Instructions on handling of keys will be advised after confirmation of booking.

The park has all you can possibly need, there are parking spaces close to the van, shuttle busses operating regularly between the parks.

No commercial vehicle, vans and campervans are allowed on site.
