Just back from staying at Lodge it was value for money excellent lodge clean ,sea views, lovely little touches son birthday put banners and balloons for him , Halloween goodies were great touch ,tea coffee much more accessories included,deposit paid instantly when van was checked could contact owners anytime but I had no problems will defo be back great holiday, great host .

Shame as it's a nice caravan. Will try to keep your deposit for things which were already faulty. You use them in a normal manner, they "break" you are made to assume it's your fault, and your deposit is kept. Happened to myself with the shower screen and the previous guests for the "damaged" kitchen cupboard handle. I informed her the dishes were filthy, which they were, she tells me she's disgusted with me. When she realized she didn't have the capacity to deal with my complaint she asked her daughter to text me, who then threw ridiculous personal insults. be wary before you book to stay here!! Don't be fooled by the false friendliness, this will change the second you check out

I'm really sorry you felt the need for this ,I don't take deposits from my guests so I have never kept a deposit ,UK caravans hold a deposit and when I found the bio fold shower screen halved in two I contacted them as you hadn't bothered to let me know ,as you say it slipped your mind ,I received nasty threatening txts saying karma would get me ,. suddenly all the caps off my decking disappeared but that's fine my neighbour had CCTV .my guests are all repeat and I hope the next van you book you treat with a little more respect

Would so recommend this caravan 2 minutes to beach and 5 minutes to main complex. The owners have thought of everything from tea,coffee eg to toiletries it's like a home from home were so going back.????

this is by far the best caravan we have stayed at close to the sea very modern, immaculate, well priced, very nice owner, would highly recommend
