Set in it's own enclosed area with wonderful rural views, Polstain Farm Caravan is an ideal base to explore the whole of Cornwall. There are lovely beaches nearby suitable for families. There are many attractions with in easy reach including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden project.

It is a modern spacious mobile home with double glazing, central heating with one double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas oven and microwave.

Outside there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Here there is room to store pushchairs and wetsuits if needed. The home has its own garden overlooking the farm land. There is outside seating available and a BBQ.
