There is a master bedroom with built in wardrobes and vanity unit and direct access to private bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe and storage facilities. It is situated with stunning views of the beach and bay areas.

The kitchen has all kitchen appliances, including a fridge freezer. Living area has a 32" flat screen TV, dining area and lounge with electric fire.

Newly fitted large Veranda to the front and side with table and chairs.

This is strictly a NON SMOKING caravan, no pets allowed.

Maximum of 4 guests per let, this is a family owned caravan hence we only let to families. No groups.

A £75.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking, this will be deducted from the total cost of your holiday. An additional £75.00 security deposit will be taken, this will be returned providing these is no damage and no additional cleaning costs are incurred.

PLEASE NOTE : the caravan needs to be left in the same condition as arriving.

Check in is at 4pm and check out 10am.
