This spacious holiday home benefits from a full size double bed, in the large main bedroom incorporating its own en-suite toilet. Flat screen tv in main bedroom. Front and side enclosed verandas for child safety, which includes separate seating areas. Front veranda only accessible through large French doors from spacious lounge. Full size fridge/freezer to accommodate a full family shop. USB charging ports in main bedroom and living area. Free Wi-Fi available. Some toys and games available for entertainment for adults and children.

This fully equipped modern holiday home comes with everything you will need for a fantastic vacation.

Bookings terms
£100 deposit/security bond will secure your holiday booking for you and will be returned back to you once caravan has been checked for damage/misuse. Your booking needs to be paid in full 6 weeks before your prior arrival date. Included in your holiday package will be 2 Adult and 2 Child passes to the Butlin’s entertainment site which includes Clubhouse/Fairground/ Swimming Pools etc . The 2 child passes can be upgraded to Adult passes at a extra cost. Bed linen can be supplied at a cost of £10 .
This spacious holiday home has the 2 main bedrooms and a Double bed pull out sofa in the main living area . This holiday home will accommodate 6 people comfortably. Booking for 6 people will need to purchase an additional 2 passes at extra cost. Any queries please call Ralph or Shirl and we will answer any questions you have .
Bed linen must be used at all times.
Strictly NO smoking .

We have a high chair and Travel cot if requested.

Within the holiday home it benefits from a open plan kitchen dinner leading to a very comfortable lounge area with French doors opening on too a secure veranda at the front of the van including seating. Also the main side entrance benefits from a secure side veranda with table and chair seating.

The large main bedroom comes equipped with full size double bed/fitted wardrobe/flat screen tv and en-suite WC.

Second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe.

Full central heating.

Main bathroom incorporates shower cubicle/wash basin/WC.

Just came bk from a wonderful wkend. What can I say about this caravan? Well, probably the best I've stopped in, and I have stopped in a lot. Stunning inside, very, very, clean. When we left I wanted to keep it as I arrived. Really comfy beds. Plenty of storage and space. If fact we loved it that , much we have booked it again x 2. Thank u to the owners. Brilliant correspondence. Definitely 5 stars across the board.

Just returned from 4 nights in the caravan and I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to write a review on our first caravan holiday we’ve taken as a family as I was so impressed. I was a little apprehensive about staying in a caravan but I really didn’t need to be as it was fantastic. The owners Ralph and Shirley couldn’t have been anymore accommodating from answering the multitude of questions I had before arriving to calling us after we had checked in to see if we needed anything. The caravan is very modern and clean, with everything you could need for a family holiday. The 4g and 5g Wi-Fi and Netflix were very welcomed as were all the lovely books, toys, buckets and spades that were available to keep young children entertained. The location was perfect, right on the start of a row and only about an 8 min walk from Butlin’s I would definitely recommend this caravan and hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful caravan was probably the best we had stayed in everything you need is there the double bedroom was lovely with en suite tv on wall our grandchildren loved it had wi fi and Netflix and lots of games and toys Ralph and Shirley was lovely and I would definitely recommend it
