Pemberton Park Lane, top of the range, larger than a normal static caravan at 40ft x 14ft, with outstanding views of Lydstep beach and Caldey Island.
Additional home comforts include dishwasher, washing machine and ensuite with bath.

Lounge:
Freestanding sofas, one three seater, one two seater (converts to sofa bed) , one armchair. Flat screen smart TV. Wi-fi, USB charging points. Nest of occasional tables, French doors opening onto a large sun decking with stunning panoramic sea views.
Kitchen/diner:
Large open plan kitchen/diner fully equipped with full size electric oven and grill, 5 burner gas hob, extractor fan, large fitted fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, ample storage designated for guests, free standing dining table & 4 chairs. USB and C charging point.
Bedroom 1:
King size bed, with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, drawers, separate dressing table (hairdryer), ample storage. USB charging points, black out blinds. Smart TV. En-suite bathroom has a wc, sink and a bath with over head shower, storage, light up mirror, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2:
Double bedroom currently laid out as a double but beds can separate to create twins. bedside tables, wardrobes, drawers and overhead storage, USB charging points, black out blinds.
Bathroom:
Double shower suite with powerful integral shower, sink and low level W.C, heated towel rail.
Outside:
Large front decked veranda extending down one side with dining table and chairs plus rattan 7 seater furniture. Amazing sea views. Decking, patio and lawn to one side with additional shaded seating area. Ample parking next to the van, plus an additional parking space behind.
The Park:
Facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, manor house bar and restaurant. Children's play areas and park ranger activities, small amusement arcade, pool tables, water sport activities on site (kayak, paddle boards can be hired). Organised entertainment, bingo, live music. Passes can be purchased from reception. An excellent shop and launderette are also situated on the park. Electric car charging points are available in the shop car park.
We are also joined on to Celtic Haven where you can book spa treatments and golf. They often have monthly special spa deals including lunch. It is possible to walk there by following the path behind the children’s park, or it’s a few minutes drive to the left from the park main entrance.
No Smoking or vaping permitted inside the caravan.
No pets allowed due to allergies.
Bookings available from March through to January. Short breaks are accepted subject to availability. (Please note, the manor house and its facilities close from mid November then re-opens in March)
Duvets, pillows and mattress covers are supplied. We ask you to please bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, bathroom mats.
A fully refundable security bond of £100 is required
