Lovely caravan to let. Perfect for families, couples and everyone who would like to enjoy holiday by the sea.

Holiday park is situated 25 mins from St Andrews and 20 mins from Leven.

Caravan has 3 bedrooms and pull out bed in sitting room. Bed linen is provided but not towels. Bring your own. Kitchen is fully equipped, including Dolce gusto coffee machine. Smart tv gives you access to your favourite shows. Internet connection available.

You can find some board games for kids.

Caravan has a bathroom with shower and separate WC.

You will find a key to your lovely break in key box.

Caravan top class. Best caravan I have ever been in. Caravan was well equipped, was like home from home. The little touch with the bottle of wine that was left was lovely.

Had a super few days. Lovely clean and comfortable caravan in a great location. Having WiFi was also a plus. Children loved the play area on the park, and we were able to walk some of the coastal path too.

Thank you for a wonderful break. The caravan had everything you could wish for right down to a coffeemaker. Impeccably clean and a pleasure to stay in. The site is great for young or old with fantastic facilities. Right on the beach with great walks ( lucky enough to see some dolphins) Would recommend to anyone.

Great stay in caravan access to internet and equipment in the caravan. Which great you don’t need to bring supply’s except food lol. Owner was great and left bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival. The only down side is you arrive is 4pm and when leaving to be out by 10am. Lovely right next to wee beach and plenty of walks. The shop on the site is only open setting day which isn’t good but you have access to various supermarkets near by the cafe was ok but got out food order wrong and staff we not organised. Dog loved it and I would be back again.

Myself and my daughter stayed in Magda’s caravan and I was very impressed from booking to check out. It is a beautiful caravan with everything you can think of. The effort the owners have gone to make it a home from home is fantastic. Magda was lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. That coupled with a beautiful location on a lovely site made our few days away perfect.

We booked last minute with excellent communication from Magda. The caravan was beautiful, really clean and well equipped. Excellent grass area at the front of the caravan for children to play, short stroll to the beach. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Hi, we stayed in Magda's caravan 03/06 - 06/06 2022 and we could not be happier. The caravan itself was 1st class, everything felt brand new, it had all mod cons including a coffee making machine with pods. The beds were really comfortable and the lounge was modern with a large screen tv with Netflix. The kitchen had everything you needed. Would highly recommend this caravan. The Learys.
