Just go back from a fantastic break in Filey, I highly recommend this caravan to anyone, it was immaculate, in a great location and the owners couldn’t do enough to help and advise us on where to go and what to do in the area. The location is a stone throw away from the beach and central to the main site activities. Me and my husband are looking forward to booking again next year,

Just got back from a fantastic holiday with the grandkids,the caravan has everything you need to make life with children really comfortable.As soon as we walked in it was a wow,lovely & clean,little treats on the table.Beds are really comfortable. Sat on the patio eating breakfast & then in the evening watching the sunset,stunning.We will definitely be returning!

The Caravan is a perfect base for an amazing holiday. A 5 minute walk from the beach, all the facilities you would need, incredible view and a really quiet area of the Park for those with young children. The owners are great people who really care; always on hand to help before and during the holiday. Also a lovely gesture to get some treats upon arrival. I cannot thank them enough! We have visited for the last two summers and will most definitely be returning!

Beautiful & exceptionally clean caravan. It's situated perfectly near the end of the site with lovely sea view. Really spacious both inside and outside on the deck. Really nice touch to receive complimentary wine , chocs & coffee. Well equipped caravan with everything you need .Grandchildren loved it & already would like to go back. Had a really good break.

We stayed at the caravan for our seventh time . With the weather being super hot it was like being abroad . We sat outside for all our meals looking out to sea . The primrose site is a class 1 venue . Can’t wait to go again.

Booked this caravan for a last minute break to take advantage of the good weather. We have stayed in many vans and lodges over the years and this is one of the best in every respect. Beautiful clean caravan with lovely furnishings and in a wonderful spot on the park. Paula was great to deal with and promptly answered any queries. Sitting on the decking in the sunshine sipping a glass of wine (courtesy of Paula) looking out to sea - doesn’t get much better!

Needed a last minute break and this caravan was amazing value for money. View of the sea, perfect location only a few minutes walk to the beach and the main attractions. Highly recommended the caravan was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Will be using this caravan again

We have just spent a weekend in this gorgeous caravan and would definitely come back. It’s in the nicest area of the park with a sea view and the caravan itself is clean and modern. Paula was always at the end of a text message if I had any questions. We were made to feel really welcome with a bottle of fizz left out for us when we arrived, it was a really nice touch. We are gutted to be back home!

Just spent a lovely mid week break here. Caravan has everything you need to just unpack and enjoy! Spotless accommodation and in a lovely quiet area of the park just a 10 minute walk to main areas and literally a stroll away from the beach. Paula (owner) was available to answer any questions I had and replied immediately which really helped as we booked last minute. Very impressed and we’ve already booked again to return to their lovely caravan in 6 weeks time! Thank you Paula and Steve.

We had a wonderful time in this immaculate caravan. It’s situated in the best location of the park with beautiful sea views and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the swimming pools. The caravan had absolutely everything we needed and Paula & Steve we’re on standby to help with any problems or questions we might have had. We really can’t fault the caravan, location or owners in any way at all!! It is brilliant!!

we have used this caravan as a base for the local area numerous times. we have nothing but praise for both the owner, and the caravan. packed with everything that you need providing a home, away from home. booking is easy, and the rates are competitive. it is positioned in a private owners section of the park, and has a sea view. also, it is only a five minute walk from the beach. we have found on more than one occassion that the owners have gone above and beyond its position is handy for brid, filey and scarborough
